I have stayed in Torquay many times and was unable to book my usual appartment, I went online to find an alternative and Astor House was the first one I found. Im so glad I did, I booked appartment 11 and have just enjoyed a week there. The entrance to Astor House is very welcoming and I was very impressed when I entered the appartment. It was nicely decorated and furnished to a high quality with a kitchen/lounge with a nice leather sofa and glass table and chairs and a good size tv. A large bedroom with mirrored wardrobe and plenty of drawers. The kitchen was very nicely fitted with everything you could need including a washer dryer. There was also a tiled bathroom , all was very clean with hand and bath towels. One of the best feturess of Astor house for me has to be the garden and the spectacular views over the bay, I spent several hours sitting and enjoying the view! There is a gate in the garden onto Rock walk so the town and harbour are close at hand. I would definitely recommend Astor House and hope to return next year.

we both enjoyed our stay at Astor house. The apartment was clean and fresh and nicely decorated. we enjoyed the garden as the weather was lovely but at first we was unsure where we could sit but soon sorted that out. we were glad that we had a put u up bed because we could not manage to open up the sofa bed. Altogether we had a lovely stay.I would like to point out though, that had there been four of us it would have been a tight squeeze. For two of us it was perfect. You do need to sort out the broken freezer door though as that caused our contents to freeze up then defrost. All in all a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our holiday although a few issues apartment smelt of cigarette smoke when we walked in , toilet smelt like rotten eggs in the morning probably the drains , carpet in living room was frayed at edges, had a cigarette burn and white marks on it ,it wasn't very clean , when I opened fridge the door on freezer compartment fell out and hit top of my foot and wouldn't fit back in so everything in fridge kept freezing apart from these few issues rest of apartment was fine

Even though we were staying in the flat on ground level along the road, it was very peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and comfortable, perfect for couples. Torquay centre was a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We also appreciated the fact that you gave us the high chair. The unrestricted parking was great, We will definitely be calling back. Kieran, Roisin and Niamh from Ireland.
