Stayed Oct 13, 2023Lovely stay at an amazing old building. 14 adults and a 2 year old stayed for 3 nights for a family weekend away. Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge dining room and a large farmhouse kitchen meant there was plenty of room for us all. Beautiful garden and peaceful location. Don’t expect modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings and be prepared for uneven floors and very little wi-fi connection but it is warm and comfortable and kitchen very well equipped.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The coach house was ideal for multiple families with children - plenty of space, a safe environment, gardens to play in, walks and outdoor activities. And the occasional steam train passing through the town.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Large property, plenty of space for a family gathering. Well equipped kitchen. Furniture and showers functional but need updating. We were on the top floor and had almost no water pressure in the shower. Overall, not fancy but a comfortable house with everything we needed.
