Our host seems to have thought of everything a guest would need for an enjoyable seaside stay in Belmar. The host was communicative; and it was nice to meet her just before our departure. The cottage made for a comfortable, memorable stay during Thanksgiving week, visiting with family who live nearby.

Sparklingly clean. Perfect little kitchen. Comfy beds. Comfy couch. Thoughtfully provided kitchen items, bathroom items, and literature for activities, places to visit, and food options. Host is warm and welcoming. Just a delightful experience!

A delightful stay…

The property is a small house behind the main house. Very private and quiet. You have your own entrance and a small outside porch with chairs a outside table and grill. The beach is a pleasant 5 min walk away. the house comes with beach chairs and towels as well. Perfect for couples or a small family. The bedding is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked.

Charming cottage, exactly as described. Easy and friendly check-in and check-out. Would visit again recommend to others.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying in June’s cottage last weekend for a wedding. Her communication and hospitality were excellent, and the location could not have been better. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place for your visit to the Jersey Shore…it is not only centrally located for walking downtown and to adjacent cities, but also spacious and comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Great place for our family of four to have as a home base for walks to the beach and exploring the town. Very clean, homey, and organized. The amenities were thoughtful as to little things we would need but not necessarily bring. Would definitely return for future visits!

Wonderful girls get away, fantastic hosts! We had a rainy, cold weekend and couldn’t enjoy the beach but it was a great stay regardless. Highly recommend!

Nice little beach house, 2 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk. Perfect for 2-3 people or a couple with 2 small kids. Jean, the owner, is easy to reach and very accommodating. Main street Belmar is just a minute away with fun shops and restaurants. Street parking not a problem during our stay.

Visiting to see friends and family but having this beautiful rental as a place to relax and stay so close to the beach was unbeatable with fantastic hosts making it all the better. Cannot recommend enough.

Exactly what we were looking for, excellent location and Jean couldn't have been more helpful. Place was spotless with very comfortable beds.

My rating is always based, first, on how clean the place is. The house was immaculate with beachy details and Jean is a great host, helpful and available but not intrusive. The location is a short walk to the beautiful Belmar beach and great downtown restaurants. The cottage itself was just as pictured with lots of extras available and a great spot for my husband and I. Wish our stay could have been longer.

The host went above and beyond to make my stay special! Highly recommend this location. Great value for a cottage two blocks from the boardwalk and beach.

Our stay couldn't have been better. I hesitate to give too good a review because it could cause all cottage dates to fill up. Let's keep this little gem to ourselves. Belmar has a lot of places to eat. The beach is clean and badges are reasonably priced. Although the cottage comes with beach badges. The cottage comes stocked with everything you probably forgot to bring. So don't worry. We forgot to bring bread. We no sooner told our host than she appeared with a loaf. We'll be back!!!

The cottage was perfect for our family’s weekend away! Jean was a fantastic host and we enjoyed the cute front porch and the side area for our little one to play. We will definitely stay again at the cottage when back in the area!
