**The Space**

Three Bedroom, three bath condominium with views of the Continental Divide and

the Village walkway. Located on the 6th floor, the condo has a quieter

location and a bit more privacy along with a balcony to enjoy. Homey

enhancements and comfortable furnishings will have you kicking up your feet in

front of the fireplace.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom, a queen in the

second bedroom,and 2 twin over twin bunk beds in the third bedroom with an

ensuite bathroom. No sofa sleeper in the living room.

Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
