Your Private Oasis Close to Town and the Beach!

Great location and great amenities! This is our fifth year staying at this rental and we are so happy we found this location!

Very clean, very convenient, very comfortable. A good crowd of neighborly owners and renters. We only stayed 3 days but wished we could have strayed longer.

Check in was easy and straightforward. The unit was tidy and seemed recently upgraded. AC worked great. Every amenity listed was available. Instructions throughout were very clear. We had an issue with the TV but Jean was easy to get ahold of and someone promptly came to fix it. I would highly recommend this place as a great option when visiting Rehoboth. Thank you!!!

Check in and instructions were very easy to follow. Property was clean and quiet and just as described. This was a great experience for our first Vrbo. We had a great time and although it was our first it won’t be our last visit to Rehoboth Beach.

Place was very clean, great shower pressure, loved the pool and perfect for a family of 4. Our only complaint was the couch and master bed were very uncomfortable.

Everything was great ! Very convenient location for everything , we are frequent flyers at Rehoboth for decades and enjoyed it here very much !!! It was nice having the pool open till 10 PM after coming back from the beach ! We would definitely stay here again , maybe in September My daughters and granddaughter were here to celebrate my birthday Thanks so much Jean

Close to everything

It was our 4th year staying at this property. The apartment is the perfect size for our 4 person family, it is always clean, the pool is the backup plan for a rough ocean, and best of all, the location is perfect!

This was a great base for our recent trip to Rehoboth! The condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need at an affordable price. Having beach chairs was fantastic! The location is terrific. Bike or walk everywhere! The pool was relaxing and not crowded. Jean was extremely quick to respond to any question and provided lots of helpful information!

Loved that condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was spacious and comfortable. An added feature is that there is a pool. The only criticism is that this condo is on 3 Rd floor and has no elevator. If that fact was included in description, I missed it. We are 2 70 ish year olds and carrying luggage up and down was a challenge. was mentioned in description

Nice clean and quiet place for a family. Having a pool is definitely a plus.

Overall good stay, and we would come back; however I would not stay on the 3rd floor again - too many stairs to climb. We would try to get the ground floor or 2nd

We had a wonderful girls weekend trip. The location was convenient to the beach, Tanger outlets, coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoyed Rehoboth and Bethany beach. Beach traffic was unavoidable in June but we found it easier to head to the beach by 9 am to get breakfast and close parking. Jean was responsive to my inquiries and provided great recommendations for places to go. Condo is tucked away so it was a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely comeback again.

Loved our long weekend stay. Plenty of room for us and the kids (used the sofa bed). Easy walk to the boardwalk and just avoiding all the bumper to bumper traffic and parking headaches was bliss. Youngest child also spent half the time in complex pool which wasn’t busy even on a holiday weekend.
