Your Own Slice of Paradise! Patio & Grass Just Steps from the Sand!

The location was perfect, out of the fray of Oceanside, view of the ocean from our patio, and beautiful pool.

Well equipped kitchen, easy access to the beach, clean, main bedroom ceiling fan not working however management stated the replacement had been scheduled for after our departure, floor fans provided in each bedroom.

Our stay was wonderful! Great unit, location was perfect to get to the beach. We ate out on the patio every day. The unit had everything we needed. We will be staying there on our next visit to California.

We love this place! Nice and comfortable and great views. Great to see the remodeled kitchen. AC would be great but the fans and cross breeze help with the heat during the summer.

This rental was 10/10. Location, amenities and the house itself was great. Clean, spacious, and has everything you could ask for including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and boogie boards.If your looking for a family friendly house steps from the beach and pool, i would highly recommend this one. Will be makong this an annual trip!

The condo worked perfectly for us. It had all the items we would need for a week stay. We had a great patio next to a green space and a nice view of the beach/ocean that my family loved. We played football and volleyball. Other kids nearby enjoyed the green space too. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay and the family is planning our stay for next year. Excellent property.

The checkin and checkout was smooth. The condo was clean and had a great view out the back. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed in this rental 2 years ago when meeting with family and friends. When the opportunity to return became an option, we knew this rental was the perfect option. Needless to say, we love this rental. The location is perfect to the beach. You can see the beach from your back door and is easy access for bathroom breaks, food or a nap. The gates make you feel secure for small kids to play on the grass. I even appreciate the parking spot is so close in the garage for easy loading and unloading. We will return again and again!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Wake up every morning to drinking coffee while looking at the ocean was remarkable includes a view while cooking breakfast for the kids. Plenty of space to spread out to include a pull out couch. Plus the onsite amenities were amazing (pool table, ping pong, gym, and a swimming pool). This place is a hidden gem and rented at a reasonable price. Loved the stay and would highly recommend.

They were finishing the sand moving project the first day, but it didn't impact us and how much we enjoyed the place. Everything was clean. The beach chairs and beach towels were great.
