The place was wonderful. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds and everything you need for a great stay.

The condo was as pictured, and met our needs. It was a rare three cold rainy days during our stay. We didn’t see the pool.There was a queen sized top sheet on the king size bed that we slept in-that was strange.The location was really convenient and we appreciated the security of the gated neighborhood.

Great stay! Well appointed as far as rentals go and comfortable and quiet stay!

I can’t say enough about this townhome — it’s truly a luxury getaway! Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The host has thought of every detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the stylish decor and relaxing spaces.This isn’t my first time staying here, and it definitely won’t be my last. In fact, whenever I plan a trip to Phoenix, I’ll work my schedule around this home’s availability because it’s just that perfect. The location is convenient, the neighborhood feels safe and upscale, and the overall experience is five-star every time.Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a true home-away-from-home in Phoenix!

There were a few things that needed repaired - master bathroom ceiling coming apart host was aware having work done 5/20. the patio BQ is far from new and photos look nicer/larger than it was. everything outside looked nice but needed cleaned - very dusty and needed covered and cleaned before sitting on. it is a dusty and hot in Phoenix so not surprised. We had hot and sunny days but did not do anything on patio or balcony in bedroom balcony furniture was nice but dusty - walking out you can see your footprints on wood floors. Too much for us. The master bedroom is lovely and towels nice. Kept 5 star as outstanding for Rental. Needs a little updating but overall nice. Washer and dryer too small and takes too long to dry - remember very small loads but accomodating for only two. plenty of towels - soap everything you would need. Host was available and gracious.

Came to Phoenix for one of our best friend’s wedding. They live in the same complex, so location was excellent. The condo was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Although we didn’t really cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Checking in and out was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again when we visit our friends next time.

Highly recommend. Property as pictured. Great floor plan - 2 bedrooms annd 2 full baths on second floor. Powder room on first floor. Proprerty was clean, well maintained. No bugs,no moldy smell,etc. Furniture, towels and bedding all in great condition. Kitchen well equipped .. we made most of our meals. Plan is gated, safe, and has pool, tennis/pickleball courts. Walking distance to biltmore and canal walking path. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful and very clean home! It suited our needs for a very short weekend trip to Phoenix! The home is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and throughout a home. A lovely view of the golf course and mountains and a very safe, gated community! Would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the hosts quick response to my questions! Thank you!

First time in the PHX/Scottsdale area. Great condo, super clean and a great area. Great communication with the host and was very accommodating. Will definitely be back again!

We had a great time. The house was fantastic. We were able to golf the course a couple of times. It was close to the things we wanted to do and we would stay here again.

First time staying at this location and it did not disappoint. Refreshing to walk into a vacation rental and not having to worry about the basics (paper towels, dishsoap, hand soap, toilet paper etc). Host thought of everything and provided all the details we needed. Home was super clean and cozy. Loved the quietness of the area. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a relaxing getaway.
