Your Lake Martin Oasis – Stunning Views, Private Dock & Resort Perks

This is our go to place multiple times a year. Love the location, the heated pool and lake access.

There were a few items that could use some TLC. Both exhaust fans in the bathrooms were hanging from the ceiling not flush to the ceiling as it should be. White towels discolor over time. One particular bath towels had red spots on it. Checkout requirements or different from what is listed on the VRBO site and what is inside on the welcome book. We had only 1 kitchen trash bag, additional ones were supposed to be under the kitchen but were not. Toilet seat in kind bed room must be broken, it slipped to the side each time we sat on it and mold around bathtub. Host lacks in response time with messages on VRBO and txt messaging. None of these ruined our vacation but I do believe this unit needs better attention.

The condo is very nice and has a great location right by the pool. The condo was not completely clean when we checked in, but a quick call to Nick put everything to rights, and the whole place was sparkling when we returned from dinner. Nick was very responsive and accommodating, and we really have no complaints. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. One note - if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues. Both showers require a big step up into the tub. It wasn't an issue for us, but we often travel with my 94 year old MIL, and it would have been a big issue for her.

We love Sunset Point! So much to do for ALL ages! Beautiful property and so family oriented. Never loud or rowdy groups! This is our third summer and we will definitely be back for #4 next year!

Nick is a great host. We have stayed at several of his properties in Sunset Pointe and we’ve always had a great time!

property and management are excellent

We were looking for a spacious location where we could relax and enjoy peace and quiet and have some quality alone time, me and my new bride…there were excellent restaurants nearby and everything was perfect…the scenery, the accommodations and the atmosphere was delightful…we will definitely be back and the prices was very affordable…thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Our favorite vacay place!

We couldn't have asked for a better location! This first-floor property allowed us to step right out to the pool and the water. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and the private beach, and it was incredibly convenient to dock our boat just outside the condo. The boat ramp and trailer storage were easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The space was perfect for our group of four, but it could comfortably accommodate six. The owner was very communicative and offered helpful assistance with our questions about the boat and the property. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we highly recommend it!

Beautiful place ! Great location right in the lake. Comfortable beds great tub

We were in town for house-hunting and the condo was centrally located and easy to find. It was very quiet and a nice respite from a busy world. Great local restaurants and nice people. It's located within Still Waters and we saw deer on the drive in and on morning walks. The condo was as pictured and we met friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the time there!

October is a great time to use this unit. The complex was quiet. This was an excellent midway point as we were playing golf at Grand National and Capital Hill. The unit has everything you could need. Very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again if we are in the area. The property managers were great. We recommend this property.

Such a relaxing spot for our family, the pool is right there and so convenient for our kids to play. The sunset view over the lake from the porch just perfect. Really recommend this place!

We SO enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was in the PERFECT location. Nick was so helpful and VERY easy to get in contact with!! We most definitely will be back!!!

The condo was right on Lake Martin. It was clean and comfortable and had wonderful amenities right out the door. We had beautiful sunsets we enjoyed each night sitting on our lakeside and poolside patio. We would certainly stay there again.
