Host was excellent! Condo was spotless! Very tasteful beach decor. Condo was well stocked. Beach accessories were perfect. Location 1 block from beach was nice. Island Trolley (free) was a great resource. Pool was awesome! We had a great month and will return!! Thank you Carl!

Very nice place and has all the things you need for a short or extended stay. Only a short walk to the beach and the pool works really well on windy cooler days.

Spent January at Anna Maria Island as a retirement gift. Place was great, Carl was wonderful with all of our questions. I cant wait until next year.

Our stay was excellent! We were impressed with the location of the property and how well it was stocked with all the necessities including beach equipment. The owner was prompt to answer questions. The furnishings are updated and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

As a previous beach condo owner myself and having stayed at over a dozen AMI vacation rentals, I can be very picky. Tortuga Tides was a perfect find! The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed! The screened lanai was perfect for morning coffee. The covered parking and beach supplies storage closet were bonuses. Unfortunately, the community pool was being repaired during our stay; however, the Gulf was an easy two-block walk away. Do not hesitate to book this rental!

Well decorated and comfortable space, well stocked with everything you could need inside. Comfortable beds. Storage closet with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and beach wagon. Easy walk to beach. Had a great time and will definately look for availability next summer.

We had a great time at Carl’s condo. The condo was neat and clean. We had everything we needed for our beach trip. Couldn't have asked for anything more. The 46th street beach access is close by; the walk to it is just a few minutes. We would definitely come back!

The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with supplies, dishes, towels, beach necessities, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location to others.

This condo is in a wonderful location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants and also about 5 minutes from Publix. It has been furnished very nicely, very clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The host was also very accessible.
