    The property was moderately updated. We enjoyed our stay overall. Had issues with the air conditioning and the appliances not working correctly. They did not supply enough paper products, shampoo, soap's and cleaning supplies though. They asked us in the unit notes to clean the kitchen before we left but there were no supplies (dishwashing detergent, soap or cleaners) to do so. The location and beach view were awesome!

    We stayed for 3 nights. The furnishings were very nice, comfortable beds, excellent ocean view. Negatives were no washcloths or hand towels in bathrooms. When questioning the front desk, I was told the linen company was late delivering linens. The dishwasher did not work and the front desk did nothing to remedy it. We had to hand wash our dishes. Towel rack and toilet paper holder were coming out of the wall…maintenance fixed the toilet paper holder. The outdoor cushions were filthy. They needed cleaning or better yet replaced. The ottoman in the LR had a broken leg. The batteries in the TV remote were low. The ceiling fan light in the master bedroom did not work. Also, the bifold door to the laundry area was broken. I suggest that management needs to print up a checklist for each unit. Overall impression was ok. The lobby needs a makeover. The furniture is old and worn and a magazine from 2015 was on the table!!! Suffice to say, we won’t be staying at one of your properties in the future. With all the money you are bringing in, none of these problems should exist.
