Fantastic location and view. The access to the beach was great and we enjoyed having the tiki bar onsite. The condo was comfortable. We would stay here again!

Though the condo was nice,it was smaller than we expected... The outside of the building left alot to be desired, reminded you of an Old hotel. The fact that the beach access was closed and you had to walk such a long way around to get to the beach, just to find all the work being done was frustrating. Probably wouldn't stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. The sunset views were beautiful and we loved the two minute walk to the beach.

Great place. We have really enjoyed everything - the apartment itself, the pool, the beach and restaurants. Kids had fun, adults relaxed and enjoyed the ocean and beach. Will definitely come back!

We have stayed at Sunset Vista many times. We love the location, the pool, cafe, bar...but this particular unit was just not up to par. Not all units are maintained the same. It is my experience that the management company that is on premis (front desk) does a much better job than the one we ended up with which was itrip.

Very minimal everything. It needs more plates, better kitchen everything, just very cheaply done.

We had the best time on our weekend getaway celebrating my daughter's birthday. The unit was immaculate and exactly as described. They even textes me inmediately following our departure to let me know we had left something which I really appreciated. We will be back!

Great location

I love being able to walk from the room to the pool or beach. This unit is close to the parking spot and pool. Check in was easy. It could use a deep cleaning- like the ceiling fans and air vents. My son loved the ping pong and connect four game.

Our stay at Sunset Vistas 210-N was great! The area is still recovering from devastating hurricanes, so there are spots that are still under construction and closed in the area, but our room and the complex itself was great! The pool heaters haven’t been fixed yet, but it was so warm outside that the cool water was actually refreshing and the kids didn’t mind it a bit! We were informed by the host that only a starter pack of paper products (paper towel, toilet paper etc) would be supplied, so we did grab some extras from the local Walmart once we arrived. The only advice I’d give is that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided are the tiny bottles like you get in a hotel - definitely not enough for a family for a week. We also had to purchase hand soap for the week as that is not provided. Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling by plane and trying to pack lightly - these items will need to be purchased once you arrive. Aside from that small inconvenience, the host was great and quick to respond with any questions. The property was wonderful and convenient! We were able to walk right onto the beach, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well!

Fantastic location near beach, St. John's Pass, and amenities like Publix. The pool was nice, hot tub nice, all really clean. It was a great place to make a meal, read on the patio, and quick access to the beach.

Originally told we can check to see if unit is available early than 4:00 p.m. check in. So checked around noon and then at 2. Was told unit not yet ready and would be sent confirmation at 4 for the check in. Still no confirmation at 4 to be able to check in so around 4:30 p.m. I sent message and received a sorry - yes, ok to check in. Would only suggest they stay on top of sending notice to guest.

Great location and nice place to stay on the beach. The overall property is dated but kept nicely. The place was as described, very light on consumables, one roll of toilet paper for the whole house, no sponge or soap for the sink, etc. but stores are nearby and a shop is at the front of the property to buy more. Not ideal, but easy to get more when needed. The only real complaint is that the place was very dirty. Dust covered most surfaces and the floor was clearly not mopped. Overall a good place to stay where everyone had a good time.
