Very happy with our stay! Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view! We would definitely stay again

When theres several high rise condos close to each orher, the beachfront is crowded and a pain in the neck. Rental beach set ups block the water.

This our 3rd visit to Navarre Beach and The Pearl and this unit was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we would have changed is that we are used to the units including at least two chairs and umbrella set up. Other than that it was great. The office staff was quick with responses and booking questions I had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Navarre and the Pearl. This was a very nice clean unit, although some areas looked a little worn out. Some small maintenance issues around the trim and under cabinets look rough as did the dining room table and chairs. This unit has an option to connect with a larger unit next door so I'm sure it accommodates big crowds and takes a beating. These are no longer new units so could not expect perfection. Was assured by property management they were aware of condition, and we would not be charged. That was my biggest concern. Comfortable and charming and beautiful views. Chair rental has gotten very expensive. I'd recommend for sure.

Not the nicest unit I've stayed in at the Pearl but was plenty good enough for a weekend with just my wife and l. Prominently featured the pictures of this unit is a fireplace, which seemed like a nice feature for a late October trip. This fireplace though can only be controlled with a remote that was not anywhere to be found. Perhaps a previous guest removed it or it is secured in an owners closet to prevent guests from using it? It didn't matter all that much ultimately but does feel misleading.

I will surely use and book with you again. Beautiful location and ocean(gulf) view. So clean all of The Pearl, great carts for bringing up supplies. Just loved my over all stay, will book again. Maybe yearly.

Mattresses were hard in the master bedroom and the bunk bed squeaked everytime someone moved. Overall had good selection of pan use. Washer and dryer were nice, but would have loved one that allowed fabric softener. The refrigerator is a side by side and overall small so doesn’t fit larger freezer items well. They have a crock pot which I thought was amazing! They were also great about responding to any need we had come up during our stay. And we were able to check in well before 5pm which was amazing and a major plus! Would definitely stay again.

The refrigerator smelled like fish(probably from the previous renters). Overall it was a good condo to vacation in.
