You Deserve The Best on Bonita Beach--That's Why You Should Stay With Us

The only reason we gave this property a 3 star rating is for the location. First of all it’s not a 1 bedroom. It’s a studio with a curtain that can separate the bed from the living area. It is also outdated. The only things updated were the shower, maybe the appliances and countertops. There was duct tape around the table on the balcony. All of this was fine but don’t advertise as a 5 star property. The property itself was very unkept which I assume was a result of the hurricane. Again just say that in the description. When we arrived we contacted the host who was not helpful and rude. He did answer our questions directly instead was passive aggressive. The whole experience was disappointing. The location was amazing as was the weather! We hope to return but will not be staying at this property again.

Communication and info provided by host was excellent. Great view of the gulf from screened balcony and balmy breezes every day. Public beach is across the street and beach gear provided by host. Just walk over. Docs Beach House is also directly across the street where you can eat in or carry out hot italian beef or fish sandwiches, pizza, etc. Complex has nice heated pools with plenty of chairs and lounge chairs. Condo has waher/dryer, kitchen and comfortable bed. I will rent this unit again. Highly recommend and give it max rating.

Wonderful location with relaxing atmosphere and very close to about anything you need,host is very polite and friendly and answered any question within good time,we will definitely be staying there again in the future

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Everything was very personalized and nicely prepared for our stay. The contact with the owner was excellent. The apartment is provided with instructions everywhere so that everything was self-explanatory. We would love to come back.

The property is just as described. Very clean & comfortable. The view from the lanai is fantastic. Communication with the owner was wonderful. He sends his text number, and even when I had a problem, he answered right away. I have read where you are unable to get in touch with an owner when there is a problem. I would highly recommend staying at any property this owner has.

We have stayed here several tomes and we keep coming back. Excellent condo!

Convenient and great communication from owner

We loved the condo . It is in a great location to docs beach house that has wonderful sunsets and beaches This condo is stocked for beach stuff including chairs , umbrella coolers a mat. We wanted for nothing there One scary thing about rentals is always is will the bed be comfortable. We loved the mattress, very comfortable and we loved the courtesy curtain in case someone wanted to watch TV and the other wanted to lay down. There is a cute little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch as well as docs across the street . We missed out on the lanai as they are making all new ones.(thank you to the owner for the discounted rate) Hopefully our next visit we will get to sit out there. We cant wait to stay here again.

Great communication with property owner. Very clean condo stocked with amenities! Location directly across from beach access, close retail and restaurants. Owners left a welcoming note and gift, which was so kind. Bed was excellent, furniture comfortable and clean. Everything you need to feel comfortable away from home has been provided. Wonderful place!
