You Can't Get Any Closer to the Ocean Than This! Gorgeous 2BR 2BA OCEANFRONT!

This place was absolutely magic, the apartment was spacious and well appointed, the location was fantastic only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. I can’t even put in to words how wonderful the view was and how magic being so close to the water was, falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore. We actually didn’t want to go out because we loved sitting and watching the surfers and the dolphins, seals and birds. Was hard to leave.

The location was perfect for watching the ocean waves. The facility was VERY clean and well maintained. Furniture was comfortable but could use some updating. Overall very nice condo.

The pier is walking distance and you can see it and the beach around it from the balcony. The balcony was perfect for chilling and watching the surfers who line up directly in front of you as you sit and look out over the ocean. Of course it has to be that time of day when the surf is up. The sound of the waves is constant and very relaxing. It did take a while to figure out climate control as there are several thermostats that work some sort of ambient heating and no a/c, though there are plenty of widows with screens to open and allow in the constant cool coastal breeze. The property is very roomy and the location excellent with nice tv’s and a good kitchen. The master bedroom shower is awesome though it does take bit for the hot water to get to it. The water gets very hot, which is great. I would definitely choose this property again.

Fantastic place!

It felt as if the ocean was under our feet. The sound of waves was constant, the views consistently magnificent. The place was clean and uncluttered. The only minor gripe is there's no teapot. Bring your own.

View from the second story balcony to the ocean was wonderful just playing wonderful. Relaxing all the way around.

Awesome place.

The shower is a hazard! I fell down the stairs & cut my back on the tile. I am seeing a Chiropractor. I think you should fix the stairs, so other people can avoid falling.

Beautiful home right on the ocean. We loved our stay. It is clean, easy to access and exactly what we were looking for.

From booking to check in to check out it was perfect. I’d be hard pressed to find a negative comment! Clean, spacious, well stocked. Exactly like the pictures. It’s true-couldn’t get any closer to the ocean!

The property has great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, but is not beach front. The beds are comfortable but the couches could use an update. Would rent this property again.

Worth needed break

We did this getaway for our 40th Wedding Anniversary, and we were not disappointed! The views are incredible, with dolphins and occassion surfers out front daily. There is no beach access, as it is a rocky area with breakwater, but the sound of the ocean waves crashing was just incredible. The private balcony was awesome, and the shared yard with the fire pit was nice. Having a garage was a bonus. All the basic necessities were there, but bring your own spices, oils, coffee (regular, not k-cups), etc. If there was a downside, it would be the walls are thin, and when you get loud people, it reminded us how blessed we are to live in a single family home! It was walking distance to so much, including the Strand (.5 miles) the pier (1 mile), and the harbor (2 miles). We're happy we stayed at this location, as there is not a boardwalk or too much traffic, but close to all of that. Lovely trip!

We would love to be able to come back and stay in the same location next year. The property management People are totally awesome. Whatever we needed or whatever needed to be done boom done just like that and we appreciate that. The view was amazing. You could stand facing west and see a horizon. Turn left and see the south Horizon turn right and see the North Horizon in between was awesomeness of the ocean and oh by the way we had a parade of dolphins from time to time. Yes, yes, we would definitely come back. It was our happy place for the month of September.
