As you enter, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom featuring a bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on top) — perfect for kids or extra guests. A full bath with tub/shower combo completes this level.

Step down into the newly remodeled eat-in kitchen complete with a large island and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. There’s a dining area with seating for six.. Just off the kitchen, sliders lead to a private gated deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table with umbrella — perfect for summer evenings. Exit the gate, head left, and you’re just steps to the beach!

The next level features a spacious living room with views of the water —Enjoy your favorite show on the large flat screen TV, play board games with the family or relax in the comfy chair while reading your favorite book. This is a great space to gather.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
