Stayed Apr 21, 2025We didn’t get an email from the resort like the booking stated it would .. Upon arrival the front desk associate told me that I’m ‘lucky’ because most of the listing that are on Vrbo for this resort are scam and the owners also know it’s against their owner policy to rent out their week ? Thankfully they allowed us to stay but word to the wise don’t book this .. as the manager also stated the owners of the timeshare are not allowed to do this. The resort itself is very nice the unit is whatever the resort choices for you. We were located by the construction all week :( make sure you keep your towel card or it’s 25 dollars extra as a fee if you don’t return with the key card at end of check out. The resort is located beautifully in the moutains down the street is a Walmart that is a super center. 15 mins to Dollywood. Resort itself is very beautiful the pools are great unit is beautiful just be careful as rules are not being followed according to the manager at the resort .. these listing shouldn’t be listed apparently?!?

Stayed Apr 8, 2025We arrived at the hotel late and our 5 year old, 3 year old and 5 month old immediately fell asleep. As my husband and I were unpacking and getting ready for bed we realized how dirty the room was. There was dirt, residue and hair in both showers. I tried to get into bed and was itching like there were bed bugs. There was hair and dirt and blood stains on the sheet. This resulted in us calling the front desk and Requesting a refund because we wanted to get another room somewhere else. They said that wasn’t possible bc it was reserved through Vrbo. They finally transferred us to a newer room that was a little cleaner. But it took an hour of me at the front desk. Then we had to wake all of our children up in the late night cold weather, move the pack n play and drive across the resort to our new room. It was terrible. Wyndham said they could not refund because the owner booked with points and we were staying as his guest. They said I would Need to contact Vrbo about a refund. The host offered no solution via Vrbo messenger or not even a partial refund. Now he won’t respond to messages. Kayla the front desk lady was nice and as helpful as she could be.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We came for our 13-year old grandson's birthday. This was our first time staying with Wyndham, and we were so pleased with our visit. Our condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and miniature golf activities.

Stayed May 2, 2024The accommodations were exactly as expected- spacious & a good value. The pool, hot tub, putt putt & game room were all enjoyed very much! We were not expecting the pool to be such a far distance from our room, but thankfully there was a shuttle that picked my mother-in-law & children up at our room and took them to the pool, because I took our only vehicle to a conference during the day. The pool was not within walking distance. We would definitely stay again & recommend this place to others!
