Wyndham Pagosa Springs |2BR/2BA King Suite w/ Balc

Host and amenities were overall very nice. Only downside is that we were given 2 separate rentals over a 4-night span Jan 2-6 2026. We were told to ask at the front desk at Club Wyndham to merge the 2 reservations into one unit so we wouldn’t have to move. That process was confusing for the front desk, but they did accommodate. We didn’t know until we went through that process at front desk if we would get one unit entire time or have to move mid-stay. That was only negative for us, otherwise it was great. We got adjacent one bedroom units for the 2 bedrooms we requested. They each had a kitchen and bathroom and king size bed. Also amenities at welcome center were nice on the weekend with free drinks/snacks, and they have an on-site indoor heated pool and hot tub which was nice. David

Great location. Loved evening walks and seeing wildlife around. Would have liked to use the fire place, but the pilot light was not working. Very spacious and great for families.

This unit was very peaceful, looking out over the lake. It’s on a quiet street and has easy access to stores and restaurants. Check-in was quick, informative and simple. We enjoyed our stay here.

Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus. having two laundry units was a huge bonus. it’s not right on the water as illustrated, but it was nice. it seemed to have been VERY newly remodeled. it was very nice. 1/2 of Unit was very clean. the adjoining 1/2 was also clean, but had a persistent low-range odor of previous pet pee. (almost like something that can’t be removed). we enjoyed and would go back.

Verbally told front desk I was coming not to get rid of my room, confirmed that they were not going to get rid of my room and whenever I arrived I did not have a room available. Gave them my confirmation codes and despite the communication that I gave Wind Hamm my room was given away.

The condo was exactly what I needed. It was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the lake from the back deck and the mountains from the front porch. The neighborhood was quiet, offering walking trails and a park with a children's play area. The condo was updated with comfortable couches and beds. There were no cooking oils or spices in the kitchen, so it was less like a VRBO and more like a hotel with a kitchen in that respect. I would stay here again.

We were overwhelmed once we walked in the door. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The space was better than I expected, everything was close and there was a lot to do on the property. The staff was nice the check in and out was easy and fast.

Would absolutely stay here again. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet area. Zero complaints.

We booked for 3 nights at Wyndham Pagosa. Nice property and fit our needs. However, we were told after 2 nights that the owner only had reserved for 2 nights and were asked to checkout. As you can imagine, finding a place to stay at the last minute during Memorial Day weekend was difficult and costly. The only remedy from the owner was removing the 1 night, which did not cover the extra cost. I would never use this owner. They are deceptive.
