Stayed Mar 17, 2025The owner's communication was excellent! Upon arrival, we found that the coffee machine did not work, so we reached out to the owner, and they immediately responded with a call to thank us for reporting the issue, as they were unaware of this problem and apologize for the inconvenience. They also told us they had already ordered the coffee machine, which would be delivered to our condo address. We would stay again in this condo.

Stayed May 27, 2023This was an amazing experience from the booking of my stay to the time I left. I’m local but this was the first time staying at the Aquarius. Wow! I’m telling you this was an overall amazing experience. The staff, security, and the quality of people staying here were all top notch. I even had the opportunity to meet and sit down to talk with the owner of the condo I stayed in. Everything was perfect. I loved the pool, the private access to the beach, and the view of the bay from the balcony. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the fireworks from the room was amazing. I can’t say enough about this place. It was more than awesome.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Fan wasn’t working in the main bedroom, note with a do not lower the temperature lower than 73, so nights were very warm. A/C unit looks like it’s going to breakdown any given minute.My little girl took off her shoes and was walking barefoot for a bit, with her soles then black from the floor. No one was allowed to be barefoot at all after that. The view for the bay was great!

Stayed Jan 9, 2025This is a tiny condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, like a motorhome or camper. There is no dishwasher. Their are two sofas at odd angles to watch a TV that is mounted near the ceiling. Looking up at a TV this high cranes the neck and is odd. SpaceX main office and assemble buildings are in view of the condo balcony, however other condo buildings block the view of the launch pads! When I booked, the ad had a view of a launch, it has since been removed.The condo shares a wall with the elevator shaft so you will hear a low frequency growling noise of the elevator car and compressor when it moves. Will not recommend this unit to friends or family.

I never had to contact her about any issues, but i have confidence if i needed anything she wouldn't taken care of it right away. wouldn't
