Stayed Nov 24, 2025I brought my kids up to Mammoth for a quick little snowboarding trip before Thanksgiving, and this condo was such a wonderful place for us to stay. The location was great—just a short walk to the bus stop and close to plenty of restaurants, which made everything easy with the kids. I also really appreciated the 2 PM check-in, and the instructions were clear and thoughtful from start to finish. It truly felt like a cozy home base for our family, and we’d love to stay here again on our next trip.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Loved the place. Cute and clean. Everything we needed was right there and easy to deal with. Beds were comfortable but approaching the end of their life span. Both had a small sag in the middle but nothing sleep disturbing. Shower could use a non-slip mat and a higher shower head as well. Living room heater could stand to be turned down some as it got too warm at times. But, overall we had a great experience here and would totally return. Owners obviously care about this place and it shows.

Stayed Oct 10, 2019Clean, nice apartment, in a decent area. Someone loves their label maker. Notes all over the place made me feel like a criminal. We were not given code that get in and when we were forced to call to try to get it, the owners had their phones turned off. Granted, we got there at an Ungodly hour, but why not send us the code beforehand?

Stayed Jun 21, 2026It’s tricky to locate the cabin , there’s no signage of the property. The unit is clean but the room is too crowded by huge furnitures.The movement from the upper room was bothersome.

Stayed Jun 14, 2026Awesome spot in the heart of Mammoth! Trails and Lakes within 10 minutes from the condo. Spa and pool were also a plus and the condo had everything from pots and pans, extra blankets and pillows etc. Thanks for your hospitality Dave, until next time Mammoth!

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Very Cute 1 bedroom condo. Nice neighborhood, good bar food close and Von's Supermarket close. Had a couple of ? for host and he responded very quick. Thirty minutes from east side Yoesmite National Park entrance. Really enjoyed our stay.
