Sleeps 4: One bedroom condo (NOT A STUDIO). Lots of benefits included, no surprise fees. FREE: 1 garaged parking space, beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach toys to check out, onsite fitness facility and rooftop jacuzzi, FREE access to Lowes Resort pools and activity courts.

Stay steps from the beach, across from the Historic Hotel Del Coronado at aresort with a 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor. This condo sleeps 4 with a king or queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Very hard to find a Condo rental for less than a month on the island due to City of Coronado laws requiring monthly rentals, but since this is a condo in a resort, you can rent for a week instead of a month and have all the amenities of a condo.

Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks at special gatherings in the lobby lounge. Relax in the rooftop hot tub or sauna, BBQ overlooking the ocean, work out in the gym, play ping pong and pool, grab a cup of coffee all on site. Additional pools at the luxurious Loews Resort available at no extra charge. All this is available with NO RESORT FEES charged to you!

Note: there is an elevator in the condo building so there are NO STAIRS TO NAVIGATE if you park in the garage and take the elevator to the unit.

WHAT WE LOVE: We love the ability to cook in our rental. Our tweens and teens enjoy surfing, circling the island on bikes, getting gelatos & shopping in the village. We adults value knowing that Coronado is a very safe place for the youngsters to enjoy their freedom. The Loews Resort pools are so luxurious, we feel like royalty, and our kids & grandkids have a blast playing the days away.

Fully refundable security deposit of $200 ($100 paid through VRBO and $100 paid at front desk upon check in) is required. To avoid any miscommunication or cancelled bookings, please message owner to confirm your dates PRIOR to booking.
