This resort consists of 31 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with fully equipped kitchens and balconies or decks. Please note that studio units do not have ovens. Thisresort does not have elevators. ResortNet 2, WorldMark`s wireless Internet service, is available in all units for a small fee.

Resort Overview


Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees, in the northeast corner of Oklahoma, is truly grand, with a shoreline that stretches over 1,300 miles and the best bass fishing in the state. Your resort is located on a peninsula named Monkey Island and enjoys some of the best lakeside amenities anywhere.


Hop on board one of two Cherokee Queen paddlewheel riverboats and enjoy a romantic evening cruise, try your luck at the Grand Lake Casino, browse one the nation’s largest antique museums at Har-ber Village and check out Darryl Starbird’s National Rod and Custom Car Hall of Fame, featuring more than 40 classic and custom-built automobiles. Try horseback riding. Rent a boat for a day out on the water. Or shop on Monkey Island, where the stores are full of unique gifts, furniture, antiques, art and clothing. Then top the day off with dinner at Ozzie`s offering lake-view dining or Anna`s Bananas for a unique Monkey-Island dining experience.


WorldMark Grand Lake is located near the Shangri-La Resort, home to two championship golf courses. Enjoy the grand life on the grandest lake in Oklahoma.

Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Pool is seasonal and closed November-April annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.

Celebrate the annual fall migration of the white pelicans that visit beautiful Grand Lake O` the Cherokees! The Pelican Festival celebrates with activities including daily pelican viewing tours, good food, entertainment, and arts and crafts festival, a parade, and a carnival.


Har-Ber Village
Located along Grand Lake O’ The Cherokees, Har-Ber Village is a reconstructed, turn-of-the-19th century village featuring more than 100 buildings and collections. Open: 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Mon.-Sat.; 12:30-5 p.m., Sun. (Mar. 1-Oct. 15). Closed October 15 through March 1.


Lendonwood Gardens
Enjoy the tranquility of Lendonwood Gardens—a three-acre botanical garden near Grand Lake that features more than 1,000 different types of plants and boasts the largest collection of rhododendrons in the Southwest. Open year-round during daylight hours. Approx. 18 miles.


Darryl Starbird’s National Rod & Custom Car Hall of Fame Museum
Get your motor revving with a tour of the only museum in the world dedicated to the preservation and display of classic hot rods and custom cars. Open: 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Wed.-Sun. (Mar.-Oct.); closed Nov.-Feb. By appointment only on off days and Nov.-Feb. Approx. 10 mi.
