Workout room, yr round pool and spa, 2 Bd, 2 Bath, Gated, 9 AM-PM chk in-out

First off our hosts were exceptional before and during our trip. They were readily available for any questions we had and had lots of suggestions for us. The grounds were lovely. Well maintained, the pool and gym facilities were great. The unit itself definitely needs updating. The area was central if you had a vehicle. The light rail is a 25 minute walk and the bus was a 5 minute walk. There really is very limited restaurants or shopping within walking distance which the hosts do specify.

Great communication, great property. Comfortable, clean, great amenities.

Great place to stay in AZ. Next time we are in the area this would be top of the list.

We really enjoyed our stay here, big selling point was that we could already check in at 12 and check out at 3:30 in the afternoon. So many places kick you out early and then you are left to hang about somewhere else while you wait for your flight. Pool is great and it’s a good location

pool was great. never used the hot tub.only complaint was that the people above us were noisy and could hear them in the middle of the night on several nights. enjoyed the porch.came very quickly and fixed the tire on a bike that was flat plus gave us an additional bike to use. that was awesome.

The location was fantastic and the property was spacious. Charlotte was extremely responsive and we also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out times. Shaded parking close to the unit was a bonus and we loved hanging out by the pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing amenities. The condo is very clean, well stocked and has everything you need and more! The communication was very good with the host.

Hosts are very quick to respond. The highlight is Papago Park across the street. Nice to have access to a pool and gym as well.

Nice grounds. Pool and bikes were fun to use. Awesome check in and check out times. Flew in on a red-eye flight and could keep in @ 9 am. So wonderful!

The room was exactly as described. Our friends stayed in the master bedroom and said that it was very comfortable. My wife and I stayed in the guest bedroom. The two beds filled the room from wall to wall. The bedroom closet is the first I've ever seen with a comfy chair inside.All the other rooms were great. The kitchen had everything that you would expect from your own kitchen. It was a bonus that it had a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig. We did not use the washer and dryer, but they were there to use.This is a second floor unit. The stairway is not very wide and there is no elevator. However, we had no problem using the stairs every day.The pool is a very short walk from the unit. There are plenty of places to sit around the pool and there are numerous bbq grills and tables to enjoy a meal by the pool. We mostly enjoyed the hot tub, which was quite warm and the jets were awesome.The parking stall is covered, but beware of the post, as you snuggle your vehicle into the stall. I didn't have a problem parking, but some may have difficulty.This unit is very near Papago Park and a short drive to Tempe, where we enjoyed dinner one night.There was an issue with the building water supply, however, the owners did a great job keeping us informed of the issue and once resolved, the rest of our stay was uneventful.We stayed here because the guys played in a senior slow pitch softball tournament. If we play at Papago in the future, we would love to stay here again.

Our condo was very spacious, clean and supplied with everything we needed. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed our balcony too. The location was fantastic… close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the property. Very good communication with the owner who was super helpful. We enjoyed the pool each day. The workout room was nice too. Easy access to Papago Park for a morning run or hike. Gave three stars for cleanliness only for some deep cleaning stuff otherwise was awesome! Definitely would stay there again.

Property gets good reviews and would have to agree with them, as we had an overall good experience with no major concerns. Few minor things here and there, but nothing that would stop us from coming back. Would encourage cleaning staff to focus on details when cleaning property between renters. We spent some time the first day doing laundry (eg: bath mats), and mopping the floors. Could just be our high standards of cleanliness, but a deep clean of flooring between renters is suggested going forward. Again, just highlighting this, but not a major concern given the good value, which is especially appreciated with the early check in and late check out option. Our flight arrived in the morning and we were hanging by the pool by noon! And on check out day we were hanging by the pool until 2pm before heading to airport. Owners were responsive when we had a question, which was appreciated.

The condo was clean, cute and well stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed the amenities which included hot tub, pool, ping pong table, golf putting and work-out room. When we reached out to Charlotte, she got back to us in a timely manner with answers. We would highly recommend vacationing here again.

It was a great place to stay for our first vacation with new baby. Easy to get around, comfortable to relax and stay in and the hosts were great at answering any questions.

What a cute place! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were central to all the places we wanted to visit (Zoo, Scottsdale, Spring Training). The host was communicative and the condo had everything we needed. The heated pool was great!

The property was centrally located and had many comforts. The little things they stocked made our 2 night stay very comfortable. The trail across the street was convienent and a nice spot for a short hike. Communication with the owners was helpful and instant.

went for a winter get away and warmer weather. location was easy access to freeways. Property way secure and safe. Gym had plenty of good equipment. Kitchen and amenities were plentiful. enjoyed our stay.

I brought my daughters on a girl trip. The condo was comfortable and clean. Great central location. We loved the heated pool. Property manager was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again!

This was such a wonderful property to stay in. It was clean and thoughtfully decorated. Instructions, WIFI password and amenities were very clearly accessible. The property owner was very prompt in answering any questions and there were little touches all over the house that made it feel special like the paper towels folded into pretty little bows, sunscreen and hand sanitizer placed in a basket on the counter and cozy throw blankets to curl up in on the couches. This place was fantastic.

Had a wonderful comfortable stay here. The unit was well equipped and beds are comfortable. We loved getting to hike through Papago park every morning. The grounds and pool are great.
