Woodstone Retreat right next to UGA golf course!

The place was super cute and the right amount of space for our property. We enjoyed being conveniently located to lots of things. The communication was great leading up to the stay and during the stay.

Property was great. Quiet and clean. It was just what we needed.

Nice spot, my Air Play didn’t work so I could stream desired programming.

Everything was exactly as described. The condo was clean and cute and had all the necessary amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was very easy to contact. I appreciate the clean rooms, and warm of the home. It was very welcoming. We will stay again.

It was a quiet and convenient location!

Zero complaints and even got to talk to a very handsome bull off the back porch every morning. He was pretty quiet. Actually, we did all the talking and he just hung around eating grass. I particularly liked that the Yale lock wasn't set to auto-lock 6 seconds after you open the door.

The check in process was easy and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. The area was nice and quiet. I was unable to wash clothes, however a repairman came to fix it during my stay. The location is great! It’s near lots of restaurants and shopping.

Overall, the place fit our needs. Must be comfortable with stairs. Property Management was responsive to concerns we had. Property is NOT on the golf course but has a view of a farm with lovely farm animals in the rear.

Clean spacious close to daughter

The brownstone was conveniently located within 3 miles of any university of Georgia events. The brownstone location is quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the water was high-pressure and hot. We spent most of the time out of the unit, exploring the area, but had it been a rainy weekend requiring more inside time we would've been quite disappointed with the unit. The LR furniture was very used and uncomfortable and don't be seduced by the back deck… there's absolutely no privacy. I give it three stars because it was clean and not four stars because it's not close to the equivalent of a four star accommodation.

The condo was clean and fully stocked. Everything that you need when going out of town so that you can just pack your clothes and go. Definitely would recommend and plan on returning many times in the future.

I live in Laguna Beach California and my daughter lives in Athens. Stayed at this lovely townhome for several days. The place is well located, easy access and set up very well by owner. I will stay there again on my next visit. I recommended it to several folks that visit Athens. I can't think of a thing that needed to be changed or updated. Well done and a tip of the cap to owners. Upon arrival the place had such a strong odor of bleach that never left during our stay and caused a headache .Additionally, the place had not been cleaned- there was hair on bathroom and bedroom floors. Also- the clean towels had hair on them. Crumbs on the living room area. We contacted the host- she asked for pictures which we sent via email and host offered to “send someone out the next day” . Mandy never responded to the pictures sent via email until prompted to do so via a second email the next day. We did not feel comfortable staying in the place and left after the first morning. She did not offer to remedy the situation by sending out someone to clean. She did not offer to reimburse a night nor did any of her email responses say anything about offering to clean. We were very disappointed by the lack of appropriate response to the situation other than a request for photos from us and an offer to “send someone out”. She did not offer to send someone out to clean. We would not recommend. Location was good proximity to UGA. Furniture was very dated but had it been clean we would have been okay with the out dated look.

This property was great for what I needed with room to work and also have visitors. Owner was very responsive to questions and small things that needed to be done. Be aware that it is a walkup of stairs are a concern

Came up for a UGA game. Nice quiet area.

Great location - quiet, clean and exactly as pictured. Would stay again.
