2 bedroom condo (plus privacy curtain to turn living space into fairly private 3rd sleeping space) at Woodson Bend resort. https://woodsonbendresort.com/ ** Comfortably sleeps 7, with two full bathrooms, 2 beds, 1 futon, and one pull out couch (which is brand new!) ** Excellent location on resort property, with a very short walk to the restaurant, pool and tennis courts. This condo does overlook the lake (see the photos) though in the summer months the tree leaves can block some of theview. **Excellent location near the General Burnside State Park and Burnside marina, with a less than 10 minute drive. Temporary boat parking is available near security gates for extra fee (paid to Woodson). General Burnside is a free spot to put your boat in the water for a day on the lake. Close to Somerset, where you can find groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. **Woodson Bend offers many amenities, particularly during the summer months. You might find yourself swimming and listening to a local band, watching a fabulous fireworks display, playing tennis or pickleball on the courts, or engaging in a round of golf. **This condo is privately owned and occasionally used by the owners. The downstairs neighbors permanently live at Woodson, so we kindly ask for respectful guests. The gentleman downstairs smokes and you can smell it upstairs (particularly in the second bathroom). We don’t allow smoking in our home. There are air purifiers and air fresheners stocked. - Air conditioning & heating - Most furniture is new - Beds have mattress pads for extra comfort - Large dining table in the kitchen and on the expansive screened-in deck - Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker (Keureg and standard), toaster oven, utensils/plates/cups, refrigerator (no ice machine), stove, dishwasher (that works but is older), microwave, blender - Deck has gas grill (though no guarantee gas is full) - TV with Direct TV - Linens and towels included (there is a laundry facility located at Woodson Bend for a fee).- 24 hour security at Woodson Bend
