The condo was very nice- perfect location next to the State Park and yet very quiet. Only issue was slow WiFi, but in all that was a minor issue.

The condo was very nice and clean with all of the things that we needed. The location was great….close to things we were there to do but not right on a busy road. Very quiet location. Loved that the bedrooms were upstairs and each of them had their own private bathroom ]and there was a half bathroom downstairs.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Homey feel. There are portable air conditioners in each bedroom and downstairs. My kids used one and it worked well.

Outstanding place to stay. Right outside of the State park, halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking and only yards away and easy access to the walk/bike trail.

This condo was absolutely perfect! 15 minute walk to the Lake Michigan or 2 minute drive to the State Park. The kitchen had everything we needed, deck had a nice patio and huge grill that we used every night. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for privacy. Lovely decor throughout. Felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay again when visiting Petoskey.

Just like home away from home next to a beautiful State Park close to all that is Northern Michigan! Comfortable and Convenient!

This condo was in a great location to local spots in Petoskey and harbor springs (near Petoskey State Park!). Everything was clean, as advertised and we had no issues. Would recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in the wonderful condo. It was spacious for the 4 of us and very helpful that each bedroom had a bath. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed. Communication with the owners was pleasant, prompt and helpful.

We had a great long weekend. The condo has all of the supplies you need. Lots of extra linens for the bedrooms and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy to get to Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinac island. We would definitely stay again!

Communication with property owner was timely. Home had all the essential items needs for a short stay.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in properties that belong to these owners. We have always enjoyed our stays. They are very helpful for anything you need.

We stayed here for a weekend. Very clean and had everything you could have forgotten to pack.

I stayed a couple nights with a friend and it was just what we needed and wanted. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and it was conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We easily did a day trip to Mackinac Island. It has everything you need!

This is as close as you can get to the State Park. We would stay there again. The surfaces that matter were clean, ie toilets, shower, kitchen surfaces, and refrigerator. The powder room floor had some cobwebs, and artificial plants had some accumulated dust. The blind in the kitchen had one missing strap. View from condo is close tall trees in the back and parking lot in front. Each room had its own portable AC vented out the window. The one in our bedroom was loud but didn’t bother us. It was white noise. The east bedroom could use a sun blocking shade. I rated 4 stars but with a little more cleaning would have been 5 stars. Very convenient to wherever you want to go and private. We heard no noise from other condos.

This is a fairly priced property located right next to the State Park and equidistant to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.
