Wonderful Beachfront 5-Star Condo - Close to Stores & Restaurants

This was our first time using Vrbo. Ms. Catherine responded to any questions I had quickly and clearly. The condo was well decorated, clean, and bigger than we expected. Everything was in working order. We had zero issues and this was one of the best vacations we've had as a family. We were very happy and impressed with the condo and property.

The place was exactly as listed and helped make the trip even more enjoyable. The kitchen was amazing, with everything from pots and pans, dishes, and even spices and sandwich bags. The view was MAGICAL!! Plenty of towels and communication with the host was fast and friendly.

We really enjoyed our Spring Break ! The room was fantastic and just what we needed! Extremely convenient to the beach, pool, souvenir shops, grocery store, and restaurants ! The patio furniture was awesome! The view was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean! Owner left clear straightforward easy instructions. Looking forward to booking here again !

The condo was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the balcony and view of pool and gulf. Our host provided all the information to make our stay comfortable and easy departure.

We loved the condo, it was exactly like the pictures. The beach view was amazing from the balcony. I always got prompt responses for any questions. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of plates, silverware and cookware. The condo was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect weekend get-away! Had everything we needed with plenty of space. The wrap around balcony had the perfect views! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view. Great communication with owner. Beds were comfortable. The furnishings are outdated and showing wear. Balcony furniture is an accident waiting to happen, rusted and falling apart. The entire condo was dirty, it hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider future bookings with some improvements.

Right on the beach. Woke up everyday to the water. As described. Bathrooms could use a scrub but otherwise clean. Renter does not provide any extras. Think spices, detergent, trash bags, etc. Bought our own no problem but sometimes the units have things like that either left over provided. Great location. She answered when i called at 6pm on a Saturday. Will book again.

It was a nice but older unit. The bedrooms are a bit small and bathrooms are too. It has great views of both the ocean and pool! It also is conveniently in the middle of 2 elevators and also close to both pools. Hard to find parking at night if you want it close to the unit. The owner is really friendly and response quick to concerns or questions.

Great location, clean and welcoming! The check in and check out process was seamless, close location to the beach and pool and the views of the ocean breathtaking. Great family get away! We will be back!

First of all, we loved the view. The unit is facing the beach and from the 8th floor balcony, we could see the sun rise. It was nice going to sleep listening to the sound of waves. The place was clean and had enough space for two adults and two teenagers. The pools were clean and we enjoyed playing tennis without any distractions. Everything was just minutes away but did not like having to make U-turns everywhere (not the condo's fault).Now a few things we wished were different. The condo comes with bare minimum of everything. Only one dishwasher cleaning pod for 3-night stay and two trash bags. We wished we had at least a couple more towels. If you plan to cook, bring a few essentials with you.Noise level was pretty bad. We could hear people dragging furniture, talking, walking and even urinating/flushing toilet at night. We typically don't stay in condos so we're not used to it.People were smoking pot. I suspect it was the people right above us but not sure. We couldn't stay on the balcony for too long because of this. That really sucked. Not necessarily the host's fault but something to be aware of. It looks like smoking is allowed on the balcony so naturally, people will smoke anything. I'm not sure what the property's rule about smoking is.All in all, it was a relatively comfortable stay for us. Everything was a little dated and needed some refresher/repairs but nothing major.

Great place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again on my next trip to the area.

The location and view were excellent. We loved the big balcony. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach was appreciated. Older building and a few updates needed (patio furniture was getting a little rusty and elevator wasn't working half the time), but overall a great place to stay.

Such a great condo and a fantastic view! Condo had everything you need for a great stay, and the Catherine was quick in responding to all my questions before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

The balcony has the perfect view of the sunrise, beach and pool. Great location. The condo was well equipped for our stay.

We loved the location of the property!! Beautiful view from the porch. The lock box would not close after we got the key out. We were unable to reach the owner but I understand she was very ill. It just made it difficult at check as we didn’t want to leave the key in a lock box that would not close. Ended up leaving the key with the front office. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The location was fabulous and we hope to rent again next year if available!

Great stay, great location. Check in instructions and directions once on the property could be better. Carts for unloading and loading are a big plus. The entire complex was quiet and family oriented. Would like to come back soon. Very nice condo!! Outstanding view!!

This location was very convenient to local restaurants, the beach, and shops. The pool is large and in excellent shape. The grounds are beautiful. We were very pleased and will definitely book again.
