WONDERFUL 3BR/3BA Beach Front Condo, All Kings, Sleeps 6, Free Beach Service!

This is a lovely condo. It was nice having 3 king beds with en-suites. You don’t find that in many condos. Checkin was easy with having a keypad. Very nice up to date kitchen with all the amenities. Plenty of sitting in the living room. The views from the balcony are breathtakingly The condo was spotless. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. We would highly recommend this condo. The owner Trisha was quick to respond. We would rent again.

This is our third time to stay in this condo. The kitchen is well stocked, including basic spices. It is extremely clean and the owner responds quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and wonderful view. The air was not working when we aririved. The owners were very quick to get someone there to work on it. It never worked properly but it did cool off enough to be comfortable. Stopped working a couple of days later and again the owners were very quick to get someone there. They needed a part to get it fixed which they were waiting to be shipped. It did cool enough to be comfortable and we made it through the rest of the week. We were very thankful and understanding they were doing their best. The condo was comfortable and clean. Location was great. We had a great week with our family. We have visited Navarre many times and this condo was our favorite by far. Owner provided a very well organized binder containing all needed info about the condo and lots of helpful information about the area in general. The condo is extremely nice and very well maintained. Will visit again!!

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this unit, and we enjoyed it just as much as last year! It is spacious with an amazing view of the beach and lots of amenities. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook meals with lots of gadgets and glassware. Also, the owner provides beach towels, beach bags and coolers. The bedrooms all have attached bathrooms, so it makes getting ready so much easier. The en suite bathroom in the main bedroom even has a great garden tub with jets. We will definitely book again for next year!

Awesome condo, very clean and just what us older 6 adults needed.

The condo was in a nice location with restaurants close by. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. All information provided on the web site was accurate.

Our second year here. It's very clean, well stocked and convenient to everything

This condo is exceptional. It is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for most cooking and even has some basic spices already available. There are beach towels and small beach bags in the condo as well as a beach wagon, chairs, and a bag of sand toys in the downstairs bike room. The beach access is easy and the pool is fantastic. We have stayed at Beach Colony multiple times and in this condo twice and would definitely stay here again.

Our family of five—ages 21-52–had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is very spacious and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a nice size and the open floor plan kitchen/dining and living room are a great space for gathering for meals and games. The balcony of this condo is terrific. We enjoyed the view each morning with our morning coffee. All of us could easily fit around the large outdoor table. The owners had the kitchen stocked with all you need to make wonderful meals. Also there were beach towels and beach supplies on hand which made packing for our week a breeze. We enjoyed games the owners have there as well. They really have thought of everything! It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well so we didn’t have to travel home with a lot of dirty clothes. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance—open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made several trips back across the bridge to hit the large grocery stores and it was a short and easy drive. We would 100% enjoy staying here again!
