Stayed Apr 10, 2026Great location, close to UTK, very clean. All beds and linens very comfy, slept well. Only downside was a little traffic noise, but not too bad. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 11, 2026Loved our stay at this condo! The host, the management, the room, and the decor was so nice!! It had everything we needed. My son is a student at the university and lives on Cumberland Ave so this location was just a couple blocks from him. I wish I had found it sooner! I would definitely book this place again!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Very nice place to stay for game day! Easy to walk to the game and to the strip. The condo is on the first floor which is convenient. Parking can be an issue for guests on game day weekends. It is located at an intersection & can be a little noisy as well at night. The owner is very responsive & helpful to any questions.
