Stayed Jan 1, 2026wonderful place to stay!! very clean, lots of dishes to cook with and beautiful views from all around! Only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub only being hot on 1 day out of the 3 we were there, as well as the listing saying there were 7 hot ins but we only ever found 1 on the map provided! still a great place to bring your family!!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023The place was equipped with everything we needed! Nice and clean and a gorgeous view!! We loved sitting out on the balcony which we felt was larger than the pictures showed. The Echota property was beautiful and peaceful. Even though the indoor pool was a tiny bit of a drive from this unit, we didn’t mind at all because the indoor pool and hot tub were spotless and provided so much entertainment for our kids! Foscoe management company did a fantastic job of making sure we were well prepared for our arrival and departure and when we had a question, they were quick to respond and accommodate. The location of the property was perfect for our needs - about 20 minutes to Boone and 30 to Linville Falls and Caverns but 12 minutes from the grocery store and restaurant options - perfect!!
