Winter Park Studio Condo - 5 Mins to Downtown!

Located 3 miles from the Winter Park base, close to the bus lines and dining. This place was great for my wife and me. Its small and basic, but clean and well stocked.

Place was exactly what we needed, clean, quiet, warm. Also very close to WP resort which was nice.Few small things that were slightly frustrating, including coffee machine not working, fan not working, pillows not fluffy.All in all, good stay, thanks for hosting us!

These are all older properties but this one is neat, tidy, clean and has been updated. For one or two people this works well. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great cozy accommodation close to down hill and cross country skiing. Loved the real fireplace. You will definitely need to use the humidifier if you come in winter months!!

Absolutley Horrible. I could go on and on. I will never again use vrbo. Nobody has yet from verbo even reached out after all tyhe problems we encountered. 1.) We arrived in winter park. Went to check our online check in and was never givin a door code to enter the residents. For 4hrs we tried reaching out to the property owner and property onsite staff. we sat in the parking lot for 5hrs. This was compoletly unacceptable, Its was our anniversary. I had brought a huge dinner to cook at the residents and was unable to do this for my wife. We had to get a hotel at midnight and eat mcdonalds on our anniversary. The following we day we werte supposed to meet friends to go ski but because we didnt get to bed and settled into a hotel and then having to apck up our belongings for checkout we were unable to ski with our childhood friends that we hadnt seen in years. 2.) also in the piuctures it shows a bbq grill on the patio so we had spent money on bringing up food to bbq. apparently there was not a grill on the patio any longer so we wasted alot of money on food. 3.) aklso stated that this unit had a refregerator. This unit actually had a very small door room size refrigerator. We had to go buy coolers to keep our food cold. 4.) They offered us only an additional 2 nights at the location. They didint even offer us our money back. At this point we just wanted to go home. 5.) property manager told us they would have us a free dinner at a local restaurant. We went the next evening after getting dressed up and happy they did something for us since they ruined are anniversary only for the restaraunt to have not gotten a gift card call in from the property managment. 6.) On our second to last day the power had went out and we woke up freezing cold. Called the property manager with whom I never got a response back. We went to the local store to get fire wood but they were out of wood. We had to go buy are own electric heater to sit by just to stay warm. This was the worst vacation ever. customer service was horrible and what we expected was not what it was. They also had piuctures of a pool and hot tub so we thought that was a n option since since they have pictures of it. Anyways im extremelly unhappy and what a waste.

Very small, not much larger than a typical hotel room. COVID made us cancel our California ski trip so we booked Winter Park on short notice. This condo would be fine for two people for a weekend and eating out. Unfortunatey we booked for two weeks. Advertised sleeps four - but there is no table and the bar only has three seats. Kitchen appliances adequate except mini-fridge that stores practically nothing. Only had two sets of towels for two week stay, so we left a voicemall request with management company but never got a return call. Didn't matter because we decided to lose the rental $$ and for a little more we booked a nicer 2 bdr/2ba with a local company.

The condo was super cute and great for a couple. Was super close to town and right on a bus route to the mountain. Cleanliness was an issue - the refrigerator had a bad smell and a lot of the dishes weren’t clean. The bathroom tub was gross and was easily cleaned with scrubbing bubbles. Especially with COVID I would have expected better.

This rental location is perfect for a couple to getaway. It was super clean and well-stocked with all of the things we needed, and more. Located within minutes of shops and restaurants, we rarely needed to drive anywhere. Trails are abundant in the area and easy to get to - including a 17 mile river trail next to the location. I would highly recommend this location!

We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the rushing stream right outside the unit. Felt quiet and secluded despite being in a large complex right in town. Great location with easy access to everything. Place was clean and stocked with essentials. Smaller than expected but that was ok for just the two of us. I wouldn’t want to bring kids to this unit- third floor walk up and too small for a family. Also beware the recreation center (pool, spa, laundry etc.) is all closed completely “until further notice” due to Covid. Overall wonderful stay and just what we hoped for in our week away!
