Winter Park Condo w/ Fireplace - 4 Mi to Slopes!

Wonderful experience: great/responsive host, beautiful condo, easy parking, etc.

It was a great experience, the place was comfortable and clean. Communicating with the owners was great. This property is definitely a keeper for future vacation.

We were really happy with our stay. Communication with Evolve was easy, and the owner was very kind and reached out personally too. The condo is clean, comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again. We particularly enjoyed the view and the proximity to shops (coffee, market, and a liquor store with solid wine selection).

This property was absolutely incredible. The condo was exactly how it was described, very clean, spacious and very homey. Marty was great and very communicative. This condo has literally everything you would need on a trip like plenty of toiletries and towels. The view from the living room is spectacular with big windows that let in natural light. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to another stay here.

Despite cutting our trip short to beat a snow storm, our stay was amazing! The house had everything we needed, was clean, and perfectly located. The host was attentive when we had a question. We look forward to bringing the kids next time.

We came up for a weekend getaway. We live in Colorado but had never been to Winter Park. The condo was a perfect space for our family of 4, 2 teens. The location is within walking distance from some stores and restaurants. It was immaculate when we arrived and the communication was thorough and informative. Nice modern space with all of the amenities we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Our stay was lovely at this Winter Park condo! We were there for a wedding and the condo is so centrally located. Love that it is so close to town and hiking trails. The condo looks just like the pictures and the host even left us a gift card for the neighboring market which we really enjoyed! Nice touch! Our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Well appointed condo in an excellent location. Communication with the property manager was wonderful and the instructions provided were well detailed. Easy check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend.

A quick trip up to the mountains for some fresh air and wild flowers! This was the perfect place for our stay. Hope to come back soon.

We had a fabulous time in this great top floor condo. We used the convenient underground parking, 1st floor bike storage and large hot tub. The location was great, close to lots of dining options, and fabulous mtb trails. The condo was very well equipped with a full kitchen, WiFi and Sonos! We had a great time. Great location, great layout of the condo, owner was very quick and responsive to our needs. We recently stayed at 3 separate VRBO condos. On each one we noticed all were in need of a deep cleaning. The first tell tale sign were dishes that hadn’t been used recently, and the ceiling fans, with dust hanging off of them. I would highly recommend this condo as it was perfect for all the things we did, and what a great place to come back to and relax. However as with all the condos we stayed at, a deep cleaning should be mandatory a couple times a year.

The place was nice. Large enough for 4. TV watching requires some effort. There are 5 remotes. The Latch.com app only gives unlock from the phone rights to one person. Everyone else has to input codes. Not a big deal. Otherwise the location is really good. We had a great time.

Place was spacious, well stocked, clean and walkable to everything we needed. A nice gift card to the neighboring market was a nice touch! Host super responsive!

The views from the condo were amazing. Condo was clean and well appointed. It did not have a sponge or soap to clean dishes so we did purchase. But it had everything else we could have asked for. Easy access to everything with the app. Will stay here again during ski season. Loved the underground parking.
