Windancer 202. Renovated Gulf Front Condo, Free Beach Service, Pool, Grill

We will be staying here again, very clean, on the beach, pool, close to shopping center and grocery store. This place was perfect!

The view, location, accessibility to the beach and chair service was excellent! Kitchen area and living room were very clean. But the living room couch is horribly uncomfortable and cover was filthy! The bathrooms need maintenance. Toilet seats were basically coming off, cabinets and paint need to be remodeled and no bath rugs. Tile was very slippery out of the shower. Gross plungers were next to toilets. But shower was nice and updated. The bunkbeds were dirty and need repainting. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable but all bedding was clean.

Everything was perfect!

Windancer is a delightful property in Miramar Beach. Three senior sisters wanted to enjoy a week together relaxing by the peacefulness of the ocean. This unit was exceptional. The proximity to parking, the pool, the beach and all the amenities that Miramar has to offer was outstanding. We seniors don’t have as many steps in us as we used to and this is just the perfect place for us. The unit was so clean and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable week. The layout of the kitchen and living area was such a good use of space and the furnishing were so comfortable. The beach service was excellent and it was so nice to be able to reserve the chairs and not have to rise and run to the beach so early just to get a good spot. This was a spectacular experience with my sisters and one that we will treasure always.

My husband and I stayed here in late April with our 2 young children and loved this condo. We had plenty of space, a beautiful view, the pool was nice, and the chair & umbrella service was very convenient. The little stuffed whales were a plus and our kids enjoyed playing with them. The price was great for us since we went during the off season. We would stay again if it works out.

The view was fantastic. Unit is on the second floor with floors above them. We could hear every footstep and had to leave a day early because of it. The unit had many areas that needed some touching up-looked like a party took place on some of the walls. And we weren’t fond of the 3 doors to the shower. Actually 4 doors. Weird layout. Just wasn’t the best place for us.

Wonderful stay with many memories made! We loved everything about Windancer and will be back!

We stay at Windancer every time we are in Destin - that says it all for us.

The condo was just perfect to see the beautiful beach and ocean all day long. It's an easy, quick walk to the beach and having beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was extraordinarily stocked with everything you would need..and more! The only thing we could have used, particularly when flying to your destination, were beach towels. We have had them at other rentals but we had to go out and buy some to use. Would be a nice touch to have some available.

Property was in great condition. We have stayed at Windancer many times, and this was one of our favorites. The updates are very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Condo is very nice and clean. The best part is you are only steps from the beach!

The place was meh, it was dirty on the walls annd doors and the bathrooms and air smelled moldy and mildew like. They say they have 1 king bed and a pull out couch. The king bed was okay it was lumpy and hard. The pull out couch doesn’t even count as a bed it’s like sleeping on springs and a bar in your back. We are sore from the beds. The only great thing about the place was the pool and that you have a beach view and can go right out to the water. It’s right by the stairs so expect to hear every time someone is clunking up or down stairs. Also the last two nights we had people banging and stomping above us.

We love this smaller condominium and our condo was just what we wanted! It was clean, easy to get in, property manager was responsive, and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The beach service was top notch especially when Aiden was working! Alex, our property manager, was reaching out periodically through the week making sure we were still doing good. Will be coming back, for sure! It’s not a super crowded beach so that is a huge plus to my family!

We stayed just 3 nights and didn’t really cook. I just wanted to be comfortable and close to the beach for easy back and forth with a baby. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. All very nice and clean. Nicely updated. We felt comfortable. Zero complaints and would definitely stay again in the future. Beach service was a huge bonus and reason for our booking. View was beautiful.

Clean, updated and great stay.

The unit was exactly as shown. It was well supplied with kitchen supplies. The new floor and kitchen area was great. The furniture was comfortable. We enjoy the round table and chairs for games. The umbrella and chair service is wonderful.

Beautiful property!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cleanliness of the condo and, communication with the property managers, the beautiful emerald water and white sandy beaches. We will be back for sure!!
