Williamsburg 3 BD Deluxe condo - near Colonial Williamsburg

The whole condo was perfect! It was laid out well for a 3 bedroom. Everyone had plenty of space! Very clean, tons of towels, and a wonderful shower that I felt very safe in standing. Will recommend to everyone!

Very roomy unit and was clean and when we called front desk for a couple missing items they were very responsive. The smaller bathroom definitely needs updating…rub was worn and not much water pressure in that shower at all.

Condo was pretty well maintained and clean. I appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials to be able to cook a few meals during our week stay. Location was convenient to all of the local attractions and my kids loved the pool! Only complaints were the hostess at check in being forceful on attending a timeshare presentation and the master bed being harder than I am used to. Everything else was great!

This property was perfect location for our visit to colonial williamsburg, jamestown and yorktown. My wife 3 kids and in- laws were very comfortable in this size condo. Was clean and staff was very helpful. The only complaint i have is that check in took too long.

This is a great place for local most Williamsburg activities, but Painful check-in due to timeshare offers.

We enjoyed staying at this condo during a busy graduation weekend. It was a comfortable and clean place to recoup between events!

Excellent property and great location!

The 3 bed 2bath deluxe was ideal for the 4 of us as one of the bedrooms had 2 double beds. Quite a spacious apartment overall. We were on the 3rd floor but the building had an elevator. 5 minutes to restaurants 10 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg. Would definitely stay st Govetnors Green sgain.

This is a lovely property. It was close to everything we needed. We were not more than a 15-minute drive from anywhere we needed to be. The condo we rented was well laid out to provide plenty of room and privacy for five adults. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and amenities provided. I highly recommend this property. I will stay here again if I return to the Williamsburg area.

What a fantastic location and space to share with a group of friends! There is plenty of room and a great selection of useful items. We will definitely return next year.

Had a great time at the property. Would definitely stay again the location was great.

Super family friendly. The open concept allowed our toddler to be free while still keeping an eye on him. The pool area had alot for him to do.

Great location to Kingsmill. Plenty of space for 4 of us to spread out.
