Stayed Apr 15, 2026Very clean property, “dated” furniture, decor and appliances. Served our purpose for college roommates reunion weekend very well. Easy drive to Colonial Williamsburg and Visitor Center. Did not participate in any resort activities as we were busy in and around town.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Checkin was good. There were a few things. 1. There lots of Nats - not sure where they came from but they were a lot. We got some dray ourselves.2. The bathroom shower - close to the 2 bedrooms- had the faucet on backwards. When taking a shower could not get hot water. Normally you turn all the way to the left but this one was as soon as you turn it on- So weird! Call maintenance and it was prompt so thank you for that. Then he explained why the water was super cold! lolBut all in all it was a nice place. We will be back!!!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Property was immaculate. Pools, playground, mini golf, even a complimentary Valentine’s Day happy hour wine and cheese party! The room was spacious and was fully stocked. Very clean which is important to me. Layout was perfect. Beautiful resort and the staff was very attentive. Will return!
