Stayed Apr 6, 2026The apartment and the amenities were all great. Did not get to enjoy the beautiful outside pool due to the weather. Inside pool and hot tubs were extremely occupied so we did not get to enjoy those either . For our short stay it was a wonderful experience. Myself along with my husband and our 2 daughters were more than comfortable and accommodated.

Stayed May 14, 2025Great location, clean condo with lots of amenities. Well appointed and organized kitchen. Was perfect for our 4 night stay for W&M graduation events. The extra space to stretch out and use the pool etc during down time was perfect.

Stayed Apr 23, 20252 adults and 4 teenage girls. Kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners. We enjoyed the pools, mini golf and billiards. Matt was great to work with and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024Everything was great but the room that had two beds the porch light was right above the window so it was very bright needed curtains not shade in that room. I slept on couch bed. Also my son fixed bed slap was beoken i told them they needed a new one. Pool and jacuzzi were great
