Williamsburg 3 BD /3 Bath condo - near Colonial Williamsburg

Very family friendly. The resort grounds were nice. The condos were ok, a bit worn out and very dark. But very good price overall.

Everything was perfect. It was plenty of space and a lovely property.

Everything was just as listed. Very clean, comfortable beds. Just as a note, the unit is on the second floor with no elevator. We were fine, but could be an issue if you would have trouble getting heavy bags up the stairs. Matt was very responsive and we had a great stay. Would return if in the area.

Excellent resort, great for families. Game room with LOADS OF VIDEO GAMES is awesome. Talking dedicated couches, tvs and little couches for individual systems- I think they’re Nintendo switch. Tennis, putt putt, pool, a new Lego space. The room we stayed in is one that recieved a recent MUCH NEEDED facelift. New carpet, furniture and updated kitchen area. Ceiling fans in all the rooms are a HUGE upgrade. Grills outside and those big chess sets scattered around the green spaces. Bathrooms are small, but not at all a deterrent. I do wish the kitchen had a blender, but that’s 1st world problems. We’ve been coming here for years. I’d love to try somewhere new, but this is a tough act to beat! 10/10 highly recommend

Resort was nice

Our family of four stayed here over Thanksgiving and would definitely come back. Our teenage daughters loved having their own room with a king size bed and private bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed although we did eat lunch and dinner out every night. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the resort amenities much as we were in Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during the days but the condo was very comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to go to.

We enjoy staying at this condo. However, we were disappointed that we were located in a different condo than the one we booked two years ago with this listing. Also, the building housed a huge Thanksgiving party where the smell of garlic was overpowering even in our unit and the noise they created after 11 p.m. was inexcusable. Very disappointing but of no fault of the party we rented from.

Bathroom tile in tub had some black mildew in a few places

Place was fabulous. Enjoyed our stay and it was clean and very comfortable.

This is a great property with fantastic amenities. Our 6 and 8 year olds loved the pool, free arcade area, and the mini golf! The living space was lovely and very clean. We would highly recommend staying here.

Overall the stay at the resort was amazing. My family and I had a great time and enjoyed the place. Check out the Gyro place around the corner if you're looking for good Greek food. Now that check in process, oh was it a mess. Check in was at 3, I didn't get my key until almost 4. That wouldn't have been a problem had I not had a screaming infant that wanted out of their car seat after 2 hours of driving. They just kept telling me the room wasn't ready, finally 30 minutes one of the ladies extended me the courtesy of letting me know we were welcome to go to the activity center or theater while we wait. I understand I checked in on a busy day and it was a madhouse when I got my key. Overall I give my stay a 4.5/5. I will definitely be back next time though I'm checking in on a Wednesday.

We enjoyed our stay. Checkin could not have been more smoothly done. We stayed in a 2 bdrm with addition adjoining 1 bdrm condo which allowed grandparents and family of 5 to all stay together. We went to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg while there, all very close to this property. Having the many amenities made going back to our rooms, leaving the parks and all the excitement, easier with the kids. They were happy to swim, play the unlimited arcade games and free putt putt. Having 2 kitchens helped to save money. We were able to fix breakfast, eat sandwiches and salads for part of the day and then just eat out one nice meal per day. The beds were very comfortable.The only down side might be that furniture and carpeting need to be updated. There were smudges on every couch and chair. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend something like this for anyone staying with a large family.

Great property for a family trip. Had lots to do and the outside heated pool was great. Very clean and rooms had a great layout. Even the kitchenette was fairly large and of great use!

Condo was very clean and centrally located to activities on premises. Wonderful room configuration for family.

This location was exactly as advertised and my wife and 4 kids all had a blast. The arcade, movie theatre, swimming pools, mini-golf, fire pit & smores were exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located to Colonial Williamsburg and made it so easy to get in and out of the local attractions. Will definitely book again.

We had an amazing experience from the reception desk with Mrs. Rose. The condo was clean, comfortable, great view of the pond and our basic needs were anticipated. All the amenities were within walking distance and well maintained. The property owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. My sisters and I would love to have this experience again.

The 3 bedroom condo was good but having the unit split in a 1 and 2 bedroom setup was not ideal.

This VRBO was located a short driving distance from the campus of William & Mary and had so many fun amenities for the whole family.
