White Dunes condo in Indian Rocks Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company refused to take responsibility for us getting lice. Cockroach in the bathroom, towels had stains. Company responded to Google review denying responsibility and blaming me for their issues. Do not recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought our family of 5 to IRB for the week, and this condo was wonderful! The communication leading up to the vacation was professional and courteous, and we had no issues finding everything and getting into the condo. Once we we were there, the condo was spotless and well-stocked with clean linens and towels. They even included beach towels! They also provided 3 beach chairs and a few sand toys/shovels. The beach is steps away from the condo, and while it does offer public access, it never got too crowded. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils, and the refrigerator includes ice/water in the door. The condo was within walking distance of many restaurants, a public park that includes tennis/pickleball courts, an adorable coffee shop, a delicious ice cream shoppe, a small grocery store, and a souvenir shop. There was some street noise at night, but the condo provides 2 fans that drowned it out. Overall, this is a perfect location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Dunes Condo!

The condo location is perfect and right at the beach so that was amazing and we had everything we needed inside the condo too. Only negatives were you could hear some noise from the unit above and beside you. Also the sofa had a bad odor like smelly feet or wet dog the entire time even after I sprayed it with Lysol.

Enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed being within walking distance of several restaurants. Convenient beach access and a pool too! Rental company was easy to work with. I will use next year.

The condo was bright, clean and comfortable. The management company was prompt in answering any questions I had. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items. It was great having an in-unit washer/dryer. You did have to climb up one flight of stairs to get to the unit. There was a balcony with furniture and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. All-in-all it was a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We moved into the White Dunes Condo shortly after our home in Indian Rocks Beach was flooded by a hurricane. The owners and rental staff were extremely accommodating to our needs during this difficult time. We had the pleasure of staying in the comfortable space for several months during the holidays while we worked to get our home livable again and it felt like our second home. Beds and couch were comfortable. Kitchen is open to the living area and the main bedroom is at the opposite end of the unit so it worked well with a teenage boy who likes to stay up late watching TV. We enjoyed the back balcony where we could see the Gulf of Mexico and being just a few steps from the beach access. We also enjoyed walking across the street to one of our favorite pubs where we could enjoy a beer on the patio and regularly got food to go. It is also conveniently located across the street from a cute coffee shop, ice cream shop, and surf shop. In my opinion, you can't beat the location. We are so thankful to them for providing us with a clean, safe place to stay while we pieced our lives back together again.

Close to restaurants and the local park with a playground and pickleball courts. Will definitely stay again!

Condo was very clean but we did have to call the mgmt company upon our arrival to clean the floors that were sticky and kitchen counters had sand all over them. Very impressed that they sent someone right over and taken care of to perfection.The pool area is nice but lounging area is very small. The pool and deck area only gets minimal sun. We were visiting for the month of March.Beach is absolutely beautiful and only feet away. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place. Walls are very thin. Being in a middle unit we constantly could hear a lot on both sides of us and especially the unit above. There is a restaurant/bar directly across the street. Very active and fun place but the noise goes until 2am nightly.I can’t say enough about Julien with the mgmt company. He was so kind and instantly took care of anything and any questions we had.With those few issues we still had an amazing month!! Thank you.
