White Caps 1202 by Liquid Life

Loved it all.

The condo was very clean and had a great layout with a beautiful view. My only complaint is the wifi was spotty at best which made watching movies difficult.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the location. It was clean and easily accessible to the beach and entertainment options (restaurants, putt putt/arcades, etc).

Condo was comfortable and spacious. Great location.

Overall this was an okay place to stay! A few things to note:- the WiFi is terrible. I don’t recommend this place if you or any of your party needs to have a reliable source of WiFi.- there appeared to be water stains and/or mold all over the ceiling in the kitchen/living room/dining area adding to the feel this place needs a refresh. - only one parking pass was provided to us which seems crazy to me since this place can sleep ten. - bring your own pillow!!!!The positives:- the pool was nice and the view of the ocean was spectacular- the condo was in a great location

Overall comfortable. Beds are nice. When we arrive the hot water knob in the bathroom was broken. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but was never able to get it done. The washing machine sounded like a jet plane landing in the backyard. Maintenance came and changed it out so it was a lot better after that. The AC struggled, but that was to be expected due to how hot the days were. The sign says keep the door shut to the balcony. That definitely is a necessity.

This was a wonderful location and the condo was well equipped! We look forward to coming back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. Wish the lighting around the walk area and outside pool was a more than minimal after dark but still pleasant.

Overall the property was perfect! We did have some minor issues with the bedroom TVs not working/not connecting to internet and the dishwasher sometimes didn't work but other than that, it was perfect for our family and needs! Would stay again!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean and the location was great. Communication was top notch.

Loved our stay on Orange Beach! The 12th floor large balcony&ocean view is just amazing. The condo was well equipped with very comfortable beds, plenty of seating and lots of kitchen supplies. Do bring your own seasonings, round coffee filters and paper towels. The ice maker works well too. Showers have good pressure. If I had to point out any upgrades needed, it would be a new couch or a good cleaning. It is totally passable & not super bad though. We threw a blanket over it and it was very comfy to lay on. We will definitely be staying in this same unit in the future! Love the decor! And great price. We stayed 3/9-3/14/25 and couldn’t see the sunsets as they were too far to the right of us. (Maybe just time of year) we will def stay in this unit again in the future!

Condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Large balcony with plenty of seating for our group of 5 and friends that visited during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo.
