Stayed Jan 3, 2024Really enjoyed our stay. Property is well located and comfortable. Used the kitchen to cook, enjoyed the hot tub after skiing, everything worked well. Large and well appointed. Comfortable living room and beds. Hot tub / warm pool was great. Communication was very clear and codes issued for arrival meant we didn't have to wait in line or talk to anyone - all self service. My only complaint is that the check in is a bit late (4pm), and the checkout is very early (10am). Not an issue if you're skiing on your day of arrival and departure, but we wanted to enjoy a bit of family time on our day of departure, and a 10am checkout is very early. We asked for a late checkout and were rejected, so we were hustling to shower, make breakfast pack out by 10am. Would have been nice if they were able to accommodate a late checkout for us but no-go.
