Enjoy your all-inclusive stay at the Wharf! From the beautiful 9th floor view overlooking the marina to everything you can possibly want on the bottom floor! Restaurants, shopping, movie theater, concerts, bars/entertainment, mini grocery store..you name it! Let's not forget the Oasis! Wave pool, lazy river, swim pool, kid slides, beach volleyball, and restaurant! With everything centrally located downstairs, you won't even need to leave! Only an 8 min drive to the nearest public beach!

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the Oasis pools and everything inside the unit, private balcony!

The Neighborhood:

The Wharf has EVERYTHING you need for an amazing trip!! Listed below is our favorite grocery stores, restaurants, and things to do in and outside of The Wharf!!

GROCERY:

We know one of the first things you do when you get to your final destination is unload, unpack, and then head straight to the grocery store!

We personally love to shop at Publix and Rouses.

They have everything you need- from food, to toiletries, to clothes, to beach essentials!

Both of the stores are located about 10 minutes from the Wharf along Perdido Beach Blvd.

Publix:

25771 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561

Rouses:

25405 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561

The Wharf also has a small grocery store downstairs in case you need something right away or forget something at the store!

The Pantry is located next door to The Villagio and across the street from Ginny Lane!

RESTAURANTS:

Eating is always one of the best things about vacationing, so we wanted to tell you what The Wharf offers and other local restaurants locals rave about.

Restaurants at The Wharf:

Southern Grind: wonderful breakfast and awesome lunch options, superb coffee, gelato, baked goods, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, and a gift shop!

The Villagio: excellent, white table linens Italian restaurant for pastas, pizzas, steaks and fish!

Ginny Lane: get your seafood fill and eat by the marina overlooking the water

Yoho Rum and Tacos: enjoy mexican cuisine, queso, tacos, and margaritas

Vinny's Pizzeria: pizzas, salads, and more!

DipnDots: Icecream

Mo'Bay: beignets and coffee

The Sugar Shack: malts, ice cream, candy, and burgers

Kilwins: ice cream and fudge

MileMarker 158 Dockside: (located next door at Springhill Suites)

The Pantry: grocery store essentials and lunch specials

Good Times at The Wharf:

Island Time Daiquiris

Kentucky Mist Distillery

POUR Smart Bar

Red or White

Yoho Rum and Tacos Boat Bar

PRO TIP:

If you’re staying at the Wharf during a concert weekend, beware of the busyness in the restaurants at dinner!

They do not offer ‘take-out’ orders for dinner when a concert is being performed that night.

The restaurants fill up fast, so either eat early, make reservations far in advance, or plan to cook in.

(it’s almost impossible to leave and get back inside the parking garage when a concert is happening)

THE OASIS:

One of the best parts of your stay will be hanging out at the Oasis!

The Oasis is a private resort area for owners and guests only! You get the tropical feel without large crowds, rip currents, sand, or worrying if your kids are going too deep into the gulf waters!

The Oasis includes an ocean waves simulation, wave-pool, lazy river, kiddie slides, kiddie pool, large pool swimming area, hot tub, in-pool basketball goals, net climbing, volleyball sand courts, an Oasis bar with delicious food/drinks/alcohol, and lots of clean bathrooms!

The Oasis has its own trolley that picks up guests to bring them to/from the condos. If you walk to Yoho Tacos you will see the Oasis Bulletin; on it is the phone number to call for the trolley to pick you up. Be sure to ask the driver what time the trolley stops running in the evening so you don’t have to walk back! (Trolley availability varies by season)

You do have the option to drive to the Oasis if you’d rather that.

Open 337 days/year! Closed in February each year for maintenance.

Hours: 9:00am- 8:00pm

Trolly Hours: 10:00am-6:00pm (hours and days very on season)

Reminder: No food or drinks are allowed in The Oasis

Getting Around:

When driving into the Wharf, you will park on the 3rd floor in the East parking garage (the garage closest to the amphitheater and Oasis).

When you get to the 3rd floor entrance you will need to use a code to enter (code will be given after booking).

We have ONE designated parking spot 909. Place your parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle! (this will be sitting on the kitchen counter for you). There is guest parking on the 1st and 2nd floors for any other cars in your party!

*If you are parked on the 3rd floor without a parking pass you will receive a ‘tow notice’ and potentially have your car towed.

Interaction with Guests:

Thomas Bruce with Orange Beach Life Property Management will be communicating with guests on my behalf.

This condo is just perfect! There is plenty of room and has everything you need for your stay. If you are going to the Wharf Amphitheater, there's no more convenient place to stay...about a five minute walk. We were kept up to date with all the necessary information for our stay. And the view is incredible! I was mesmerized by the ships and boats going by! Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here! It's exceptional!

Greta place to stay if you’re in town for a concert at the wharf. It was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not a far drive to the state park entrance to the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Huge deck on the back which was great for enjoying our morning coffee.

The condo itself needs a makeover. The frying pans are old and really worn. The Bar-B Q on the balcony was dirty and the grille racks were all rusted and dirty, we didn’t even use it because of the shape it was in. The patio furniture was really worn down, not comfortable and the wicker is unraveling and falling apart. The main shower has some sort of seal issue and the water from the shower ran out on the door and would soak the floor. The towel we laid down as sopping wet after each shower. Cob webs on the walls in various areas of the unit. The twin beds were not comfortable and the bed frames squeaked with the slightest movements from our daughters. Overall the complex itself was fantastic. We traveled with a group of 6 families. If I were rating our unit vs the others, we were 6th. Seems that there are better options within the wharf based on our experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit. We did have a few hiccups, but the property manager was quick to fix them! The only thing we saw that could be improved is that the outside wicker furniture is on its last leg and could use replacement. We were scared to used it because we thought it would break, but we know that happens with outside furniture over time. Over all a wonderful stay!!!

I frequently stay at the Wharf throughout the year and have always appreciated its vibrant atmosphere and well-appointed condos. However, my recent experience in this unit fell short due to the uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom. The springs were audible with every movement, and my spouse and I experienced back and shoulder pain each morning, which is unusual for us. Despite the convenience and ambiance, the discomfort from the bed significantly impacted our stay.
