We had the best experience for a family of 4 with a clean and spacious living room area. Beds are large and comfortable enough for each of our sons to sleep with one of us and feel well rested. Beach was less than a 2 minute walk and extremely accessible with chairs provided in the unit. We’ll be back every year moving forward!

Everything about the condo was as advertised. The views from the balcony were awesome. We had everything we needed for the entire stay.

Everything was as represented, except that the view can only be appreciated in person. Amazing.

Beautiful property! First of all, Lynn was so nice and prompt in her replies. It was a breeze for everything thanks to her instructions. The checkout duties were also easy and there were great instructions. The property as a whole is amazing. It felt like a beautiful resort. The condo was super clean. It was organized and beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the kitchen. We didn’t have enough towels and washcloths for the 3 of us but we did wash them and reuse them. The free beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in the condo and are good quality. We rented a set with Sandestin 2 days and that way we didn’t have to carry so much up and down. The pool was heated and fantastic! The location to shopping/restaurants and the 30A area is great. I can’t say enough good things. I have marked this condo and we hope to return year after year. Our stay was so relaxing and the condo was clean and welcoming. The view of the beach was breathtaking! Miramar Beach is a spectacular area of Florida and we are not huge Florida fans. The waters were crystal clear, like in the Caribbean. Just beautiful!Furthermore, Lynn was great to work with as well. She was prompt with answers to questions as well as being clear and concise with directions. We would stay here again!

This was our second time staying at one of Lynn’s properties and it was AMAZING. Communication was quick and kind. Her property was so clean, well stocked, amazing views. I would recommend Lynn to anyone that wants to visit Destin!

Stunning view! The condo was perfectly appointed and comfortable. The shower was an A with high pressure. The balcony was where I spent hours reading and just people watching - looking over the pool and the pure white sand. So much to do around the property and down the main drag to Destin. Great vacation and property.

This condo was truly stunning. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful ocean views. Love that you can see the ocean even from the guest bedroom.

We LOVED this property! The condo was very clean and cozy and had an incredible view of the ocean! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything (and more) that we needed, check-in was easy. The pool and beach were awesome. It was perfect for our family of 4 and exactly what we were looking for... we would definitely recommend staying here!!

Location was great to Rosemary and Destin. The place was perfect, would stay here again. Lynn was great! Just an overall great trip.

My family enjoyed our condo so much! So much more kitchen items that weren’t listed. Plenty of beach accessories. My husband loved that there was a taller beach chair rather than one that sits low to the ground. Full size washer/dryer. The water pressure in both showers were amazing. The living room area was a little small but we still all fit easily and had plenty of room. Condo was very clean and Ms. Lynn answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the condo was great! Perfect location and easy to get to the beach. Unit was very clean and well supplied for our short stay. Condo complex was very clean. Tiki bar was good and staff was ok. Only issue noticed was related to the pool. Staff was very strict on wristbands and drinks until 5 pm. After that nothing was enforced. Pool also tended to get dirty toward end of day as people coming off the beach were using it to wash sand off of chairs and themselves. Would for sure book this unit again.

Everything was what it said it would be and more the view was amazing. The unit have plenty of space for four people. It even had four chairs and two umbrellas cooler and toys which we did not have to buy. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a long weekend as two married couples. The spot is fantastic, with ocean views and breezes all the time. Highly recommend.

We've vacationed in just about every area of the panhandle, but this was our first trip to Sandestin. We took the direction from friends that we were meeting up with. This beautiful property was just perfect and the resort was a wonderful experience. The condo was impeccably clean and offered a well-stocked kitchen in which we could enjoy meals. The remainder of the condo was perfect and it offered us all of the space that we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus.We had a perfect ocean view. The pool was immaculate and it was a very short walk to the beach. Our condo did not offer a golf cart but the reliable shuttle service took us where we needed to go around the property. Lynn, the property manager was very hands on and available for any and all questions. Her guidance was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. We loved our stay so much, we hope to be back again later this year!

The hotel was at a beautiful spot and perfect location to all the good shopping. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and an excellent view. Lynn was a perfect host, answered any questions immediately. I will look forward to staying here agin!
