Just a few blocks away from Bald Mountain ski lifts, this two-bedroom plus den 2-bath condominium is comfy, cozy, and all that you’ll need for a perfect vacation. This condo is 1253 square feet and is conveniently all on one level with an elevator from the parking garage to the 2nd-floor entry.

The living area is open and offers a gas fireplace and a 36-inch flat-screen TV with streaming only. There is access to a deck with Mt views and a gas grill. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table that seats 6.

The primary bedroom is located off the living area and offers a King bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with streaming, and Mountain views. The primary bath is spacious with a sunken jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink vanity. The second bedroom, located at the front of the condo, has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with tub/shower and single vanity. The den has twin bunk beds and access to the hallway bath. There is a stack washer and dryer in a closet as you enter the condo.

Complex Features: The complex offers an elevator, underground parking, and assigned parking spaces. The bus stop is located right across from the complex on 2nd Ave and is only a one-minute ride to the River Run ski lodge on Bald Mountain.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum.     Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is comfortable and clean and pretty large. It is located perfectly for our specific needs. But it is also perfect location for the ski area and downtown Ketchum, about mid-way between the two and easy to walk if that's your preference (it's ours)The ONLY issue is that the interior is very dated. The dining room chairs seat bottoms are shedding what looks like fake leather, and can't be sat on without leaving some of it behind. The master bathroom shower main valve is awful, adjusting the temperature is annoying. Furnishing are maybe 1960s or 70s. All of that was OK for us. But, if you are looking for modern, spiffy, this isn't the place.

    The communication with Alpine Lodging was impressive. We were warmly greeted, the access instructions were clear and the unit was in good order. The location is terrific with easy access to Ketchum or to head south to Hailey.
