Tucked in the core of Mountain Village, Westermere 311 is a great condo just steps from the gondola, ski school and ski area. Its spacious two-bedroom layout features a deck, views and plenty of room for the entire family!

Westermere 311 is located on the third floor of the Westermere complex in Mountain Village. Guests enter the unit from a covered exterior hallway, which has both elevator and stair access.

Just inside the residence, there is a small mudroom with space for coats, shoes and other gear. The hall then opens up to a large living space with an open kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has updated countertops and built-in appliances. There are three stools for additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is also open to the dining room, which has seating for six.

The living room, which has a ton of natural light, has a feature wall stone gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, and access to a beautiful deck that overlooks the Mountain Village pond.

The first bedroom is located just off the dining room and has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, sitting area and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious jetted tub. The second bedroom is located just off the entryway and features a queen bed, small desk area, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This home has a private washer and dryer.

- This property does not have A/C.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Please note, the lot behind this complex is currently under construction, with a new hotel being built.

Parking Details:
- One parking space in the underground parking garage is included.
- Garage Height: 6'8.
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- No street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    Nice and comfortable property within walking distance of everything. Including the free gondola into Telluride, that's also walking distance to everything. The views here are, of course, breathtaking. The only complaint I had was the difficulty in finding this place...even with gps. There is no signage on the building from the street. And the building entrance from the courtyard is to the right of a physical therapy practice (not a bank) there is also a wine store there as well. So after the frustration of finding this place, we had a wonderful time here.

    The unit was in a great location but hard to find even with the provided directions. The unit contained items to make our stay comfortable. The unit could use some updates such as lamps on the bed side table with outlets for charging phones. As well adding a shower curtain that extends the length of the shower and be free from stains. There was a fist sized brown stain on the left side of the shower curtain. We got to enjoy the large spa tub and would have been good to have plastic wine glasses to use instead of the glass. Adding some comfortable outdoor chairs instead of the plastic ones would really enhance the outdoor experience. Overall it was a good experience and a nice unit.

    Location was amazing for skiing. If you happen to have ice skates, make sure to bring them because there is a pond right outside you can ice skate on for free.

    Fantastic views! Very conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and the gondola. We loved that the gondola ride into Telluride was free! This property had all the ememties we required. One suggestion we would have is to provide a deck of cards, the Jenga was fun!

    Overall wonderful place to stay. Location was excellent. Easy access to gondola. Parking garage was not easy to find but is explained in the handbook inside the unit. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star overall rating is because the Queen beds were too firm for us.

    This property was perfect for us, two couples, staying in Telluride for a couple of days. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Instructions for the property were clear and easy to understand. Property was nicely maintained and communication regarding check in and check out details was comprehensive. It is in Mountain Village and steps away from the gondola station and main courtyard. I would certainly stay here again.

    Location was great and close to gondola taking us into Telluride. So you had a choice of staying in Mountain Village or taking the short ride into town.
