    My family of 5 stayed here the week of July 4th. The water didn't work, including the kitchen sink. The toilets did not flush. The sliding glass door wouldn't open without an adult male to open. The A/C in the main area did not cool below 80F. Even once we got hold of the property manager Anthony, it took more than a day to get repairs started. We could not go anywhere while waiting for maintenance to arrive and finish work. Our whole 1st day was ruined. Even once repairs started, we couldn't wash dishes in sink. It was clear no one had been in the unit for months. We addressed all of this with Anthony once we got hold of him (he was traveling and did not answer). After we returned, we were assured we would get a refund for 1 day and waited 3 months. No refund. Buyer be aware!
