The 18x10 sun room adds a flexible bonus space — remote workspace, reading nook, or simply a bright Florida room for the mornings. The screened lanai overlooks the pool for bug-free outdoor living in the evenings. The open living and dining areas flow naturally for a group spending an extended time together.

The kitchen has stainless appliances and everything needed for a month of meals at home. The dining area seats four comfortably and doubles as a workspace. The in-unit full-size washer and dryer is in a dedicated closet — no shared facilities, no laundromat coordination.
