Resort-like living in a beautiful unit located in the center of the high-end, upscale Biltmore area at The Cloisters Condo Community. Enjoy this comfortable bottom floor, easy access, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath condo with stylish mid-century modern decor.

The living room has a large smart TV (w/Cox cable, Showtime, HBO), an Alexa, and a private patio space off the living room.

The spacious main bedroom with king-sized bed has a large desk with office chair, smart TV, walk-in closet,and private bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub.

The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed has a nice-sized closet and private bathroom with shower/tub.

The sizable kitchen has stainless steel appliances including microwave, new dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and a stacked washer/dryer. The dining area has a comfortable dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, regular pot coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes (including wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses), utensils and basic pantry items like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, and cooking oil.

Other amenities – High speed internet; Living room smart TV (w/Cox cable, Showtime, HBO) and Alexa; main bedroom smart TV; washer/dryer; Iron & board; bedroom linens and towels; tennis and pickle ball rackets; pool float and beach towels; hairdryer provided. On-site Details - Enjoy the 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, an exercise center, lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, a tea-room that can be reserved for parties and walking paths throughout the property. This bottom floor, easy access unit has a private patio and out of the front door is a stylish courtyard with fountain and BBQ grill.

The condo community has a private gated guard entry with direct access to one of Phoenix’s most upscale malls, the Biltmore Fashion Park, where you can walk to the finest shops like Anthropologie, Alo, Lululemon, J. Crew, Williams Sonoma, Sephora, Max Cosmetics, Macy’s with Starbuck’s Coffee Shop, and restaurants like Capital Grill, Obon Bisutoro, Pomo Pizza, Blanco Tacos, Zinburger, Season’s 52, True Food Kitchen, and Cheesecake Factory to name a few. Adjacent is the Biltmore Golf Course and Resort. Walk to hot breakfast spots like Breakfast Club, Scramble, and Chestnut Fine Foods & Provisions or go to Lifetime Fitness Center. In front of the True Foods Kitchen parking lot, use the walking tunnel under 24th Street to The Esplanade.     Really appreciate the attention to detail:1. Clear directions about passcodes, wi-fi, parking, entry process. That is huge!2. Clean, nice aesthetic, quiet complex, no sound from other units, enjoyable art, comfortable bed, well-organized kitchen utensils.3. Very responsive management! Double huge! 4. Access to the adjoining Biltmore Fashion Plaza amenities. Nice to have Royal Coffee and True Kitchen midst all the shops and higher end restaurants like Capital Grill that are literally a 3 minute walk.

    The condo is decorated with such flair. Everything included.... even spices! And a float for the pool. Centrally located. Not that I recommend this however we forgot some items in the closet and had to arrange to go back and get them and Melissa and Tom made it easy for us to do. Thank you! We hope to stay again!

    I visited my mother in Phoenix and stayed at Mel and Tom's condo. They have put every thought into what you would need or want and then added more. It's beautifully furnished and absolutely lovely. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a nice treat! It's just across the street from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall and also walking distance to a really great coffee shop, Press Coffee. The condo is a nice size with a fully stocked kitchen and Mel and Tom are very responsive. Couldn't have wished for anything better and we will be visiting again. Thanks so much, Mel and Tom, for making my visit special!

    We are great fans of the Cloisters. This is our first stay at this particular unit. Everything about it was excellent. The place was clean and well-furnished. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We had great and regular communications with the owner. My sister, my niece and my sister-in-law all came to visit (at different times) and also raved about the unit. Even the weather co-operated with snow and cold in Chicago, while we were warm and sunny in Arizona. We recommend this unit without hesitation.

    Easy to get to from PHX and can walk to restaurants and shopping. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Would take my family here again for sure.
