Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good space, great screened porch. There were Plenty of pots, pans utensils and in great shape. It was great to see they are believers. Place was not as clean as it should be, needs a good deep clean ie: crumbs in drawers, crud around kitchen sink faucet, base boards but that is not the owners fault that is Vacasa's followup on their cleaners. For about 5k this place could be transformed. It has not been touched in decor since the early 90s. I have several other relatives that rented in the same building and theirs were much better in design and bed size options. This place has all the furniture they were going to toss out and way too much of it. Sliders were really hard to open and close.

Stayed Apr 8, 2022The condo was clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. We had a stopped up toilet and they sent someone that day to repair it. It is located across the street from the beach so that is my only negative. When I booked I thought it was on the ocean and not the sound. It made it less convenient with kids. But overall a nice quiet place to stay. The screen room was a great place to set out on.
