Well Appointed 4BdRm/2B Gold Coast Condo

We arrived intermittently so the first person had a challenge finding the right door but with help from the realtor next door she figured it out. We do recommend putting the house number on the door to make this a bit easier especially when someone arrives in the evening. The owner responded to her quickly which really helped!The house is located a couple of blocks from the beach so it was easy to take everything down and back. When the weather was a bit rough we played games on the timing room table which is ideal for such.The balcony in the back served as a secondary location for cards. The house was clean when we arrived. The owner let us know before arrival what to bring so moving in was a breeze.Departure was the easiest I’ve experienced between Air B&B and VRBO. The house is in a great location to many parts of the S Jersey shore so you can’t go wrong renting this place. We hope to stay again in the future.

Host replied quickly to email thru VRBO. Home was nicely decorated with well appointed kitchen. Great porch in rear of house. Spacious beach 2 1/2 blocks away. House situated in quiet section of south end of Ocean City yet walkable to playground, restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay there again. Access to garage handy for storing bikes, sand chairs and beach equipment.

Thanks for a great beach week at your comfortable, clean & cute beach theme condo! 2 adults, 2 seniors and 3 teenagers had plenty of space enjoying dining & hanging out on both decks. Quick walk to beach and able to bike everywhere. Even though we brought our own bikes & beach gear the garage supplies were available. Melissa & Hank were accessible and easy to communicate with. We could not possibly have had a better stay in this gorgeous well stocked home! Melissa and Hank you knocked it out of the park for my family birthday vacation stay in OC! The homes 4 beautiful bedrooms were perfect for us. The kids room with its games was a fun hangout fir my 9 year old and his teenage cousin. The beds in al the rooms were super comfy and the porch was a perfect spot to catch the ocean breeze and have my morning coffee! Thank you. Clean, beautiful home.Very comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of breakable decorative pieces, with 3 kids,ages 6, 4 and 3.(easily hidable !)

Well decorated, clean, had everything you need! Close walk to town, the beach, and restaurants!!! Easy to get to shopping and boardwalk. Perfect vacation home!

If you want a place that is impeccably decorated with a lovely beach theme this is the place! It feels like a home away from home and is actually better stocked then even our own home! We loved the decor and the proximity to the beach. We also used the bicycles to get around and we loved the outdoor shower! Thank you Hank and Melissa for giving us your vacation home for the week! The included beach tags were a welcome surprise! Thank you so so much!
