Well appointed 3rd floor unit Includes Golf

I stayed here for about a month and a half for work and everything was great. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and Jenny was incredibly thorough with all her instructions and help. I especially appreciated how well stocked the condo was with basics like cleaning supplies and kitchen necessities. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a longer rental in Bradenton!

Just finished two month vacation (Oct./Nov) 2016 at this beautiful condo. The owners, Jenny and Sean were excellent to deal with. The day we arrived Jenny called to make sure everything was in order and ifyou we had any questions or concerns. The condo itsel was very well furnished and decorated and the lanai overlooking the golf course was a great place to start your day with your coffee. Included with the rental were two bikes which we used almost daily along with beach chairs, umbrellas, pool supplies etc. Pretty well everything you needed to enjoy a day at the beach or pool was in this condo. The complex was amazing. 3 great golf 9 hole golf courses, pool directly across from condo and main pool at the check in centre as good as you will find anywhere. Fitness centre and tiki bar at main pool were staffed by very friendly and accommodating staff. Everybody we met on golf course, tennis course or just walking and biking through the complex were very friendly. We will definitely be returning to River strand in the future and highly recommend Jenny and Sean's condo as a great place to spend your vacation

Jenny and Sean were great to work with! Everything is so organized. The local manager was so responsive when I had a small problem with the AC. The location of the unit is perfect and I loved sitting on the lanai every morning with my coffee. Looking forward to a return visit!

Top quality condo, top class golf course, and best beaches a short drive away. Siesta Key Beach is fantastic. A resort pool and outside bar that is as good as any I have seen, and a pool next to the condo for convenience. It was also easy to get to local grocery stores, shops, outlet mall, and simple to upscale restaurants. River Strand is a hidden gem in my view. The pre-planning before the trip and overall condo rental management was first class.

We thoroughly enjoyed a full months stay in this condo. This 3rd floor apartment was extremely fresh, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed most meals on the screened-in porch which gave a wonderful view of a pond and trees, as well as regular entertainment of folks teeing off :) Firm king sized bed, very well equipped kitchen, nice master shower, and attractive and new furniture in the living room all made the visit very positive. We also loved having access to two bikes for riding to the pool or the gym. Owners, Jenny and Sean were amazing with respect to checking in with us before and during our stay and assisting with any minor glitch. We met so many nice people at River Strand. The golf course staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Folks we met in the gym and pools were great too. There was just such a pleasant, positive atmosphere throughout River Stand. we spent March 2016 in this condo and it was wonderful. We can't say enough good things about our stay there. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Anything we needed we found in one of the cabinets or drawers. Plenty of kitchen supplies, beach equipment, bikes even extra golf balls. River Strand is a great community. The golf courses are in excellent condition. There is a pool right across the street and there are plenty of other activities. Jenny and Sean were extremely helpful and thoughtful to us while we were there. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Looking forward to next year

We just returned from a two-month stay in this lovely condo, located in the wonderful River Strand Golf and Country Club community. Sean and Jenny, the owners of the condo, could not have been any easier to work with!! They are quite personable people along with their professional approach to the details, leaving no stone unturned. They have spent a great deal of time putting together a manual that is located in the condo and provides answers to almost any question that you might have. This was very reassuring to have something like this at our fingertips!! They made it clear that we should feel free to contact them if we had any questions or needs during our stay. They did make contact via email to welcome us and make sure we had everything that we needed, and then the place was ours for two months! The condo was very fresh, clean and organized. This condo is VERY well-appointed and decorated beautifully. Sean and Jenny have thought of everything, and they put a lot of time into insuring that it was ready for our arrival. We needed nothing! There is an abundance of towels in each bathroom, even beach towels and beach bags. A pleasant surprise was to find the closets full of high-end hangers. The kitchen is stocked with all of the dishes, pots & pans, baking dishes, etc. that you could need. You should also know that they have provided most things that you will need for outdoor activity such as beach chairs, umbrella, tennis, bikes. I cannot mention everything, but I hope this gives you an idea of the thought and concern for detail that Sean and Jenny have put into their beautiful home that they are opening to us, the renters! The River Strand community itself is beautiful and very well manicured. All of the offerings at the club allow for a very active lifestyle, should that be your desire. It also offers very peaceful surroundings with the ponds and the birds and wildlife to watch. Sean and Jenny were just THE best to work with! You will not be disappointed! We will surely return!!
