This second-floor Chelan condo overlooks the mountains and beautiful lake from its exquisite sundeck. Excellent for a family getaway on a budget, this condo is close to the park, the lake, and even has a shared pool and hot tub, so you can take a dip when the weather gets hot!

Seattle is only about 180 miles away, and Spokane is just 150 miles away, making for an easy road trip for your vacation away from the hustle and bustle of home.

Hang out at the breakfast bar while drinking coffee, or relax in the living room, watching the flat-screen cable TV in the entertainment center. Take note of the wonderful fireplace (seasonal restrictions permitting) that will keep you warm in the winter.

Cook up a feast in the lovely kitchen, complete with everything you could ever need, then eat around the six-person dining table. You can even head outside to your very own private balcony and enjoy cooking something on the gas grill while you look out at views of the lake.

At bedtime, choose between two different bedrooms (both with chic queen-size beds) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Up to six guests can sleep here comfortably with all of these sleeping accommodations, as well as two full bathrooms (one connected to the master bedroom).

Take note of the free WiFi, but don’t work too hard! And if you need to wash off your swimsuits, the washer/dryer is the perfect addition.

One of the best things about staying at Park Pointe is the shared swimming pool (open seasonally beginning end of May) and hot tub, so make sure to take a dip! If you’re not really big on the water, you can always relax and sun yourself in one of the many lounge chairs.

A short walk from the lake and downtown Chelan, you’ll have plenty to do! Stop at the Lakeview Drive-In for some good, old-fashioned burgers and fries, and afterward watch the sun set from your spot in Lakeshore Park.

No matter how you choose to spend your beautiful Chelan vacation, this wonderful condo has it all. Book today!

Things to know:
The pool and hot tub are open from the end of May to mid-September (approximately).

The location was great and pool was nice. The unit is outdated and master bed was terrible and needs to be replaced.

We decided to stay here because of the Hot Tub & Pool. We booked it, and checked-in. On our second day we went to enjoy the pool & hot tub to only find that it is closed for the season. This was the reason we booked this stay. Very disappointed and cojldnt fet the refund.

You can't beat the location. The balcony is nice and the condo is spacious. View slightly obstructed. Second floor was only 10 steps, doable. The condo was clean although the property certainly needs some maintenence. Carpeting is light and heavily stained. Some painting and just refresh would certainly help. Small things like working nightlights and dividing up stuff in closets so you could hang clothes in master closet would help.

I already mentioned to you. The baseboards and carpet were old and worn. The utensils in the kitchen a couple were dirty. There was a keurig and no k cups. There was coffee but no coffee maker. The dresser in the main bedroom had a broken drawer. The paint was chipping on the walls, the curtains in the extra bedroom were tacked with thumbtacks to the wall. One of the dining chairs was broken. The end tables in the living room were TV tray tables. 2 cushions on the couch were ripped. The couch was sunken. Not much of a view. The TV remote control was hard to understand. Good: nice pool, nice neighbors, nice parking.

We loved this unit for our family with young kids. Very spacious, totally clean, excellent amenities, quick access to pool, nice covered parking spot, we have zero complaints! Will definitely book this unit again for our next Chelan trip.

Loved the place, loved the amenities and the area. However the grill was disgusting and so full of grease that is flamed up a lot and was just yucky. The carpet was foul and grossed us out. However we had a great time.

The spade was good but unit was outdated, the master bed was horrible. The property was in a good location and the pool was warm!

We love Chelan and had a great time as a family over the July 4th weekend. Our kids spent a ton of time in the pool, which was nice and warm and not too crowded. We enjoyed the view and proximity to town. We had a perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony.

Beautiful little condo with a peak of lake Chelan from the patio. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Lots of puzzles and a few games in the closets. Within walking distance from a few close by locations. Great option for a weekend getaway!

Very clean place and hosts were quick to respond! Only thing that was an issue were most of the outlets were very loose and dated making it challenging to plug anything.

This property is in a great location, not that anything in Chelan is very far but you are close to the lake, safeway and downtown shops and restaurants. The unit is showing its age and the style is older however it is very comfortable and has all the necessities you could want.

The beds, especially in the guest room are wobbly and hard to sleep on. Plus one had garbage underneath it. Needs work. Otherwise the Condo is excellent.

Very nice suite but so dirty. When we arrived the toilets had poop splatters still on the underside of the seat, hair on top of the seat, all the baseboards are filthy, top of the fridge was so thick of dust/dirt. Carpets had black dirt spots everywhere. Only thing that looked done were the carpets looked vacuumed. Behind the dressers there were old dirty Scott towels, kids cloths and socks. We ended up stripping all the beds and washing them ourselves along with washing the kitchen and bathroom floors along with the toilets. It was really gross.BBQ had old food still stuck to grill we had to clean ourselves as well. Once we cleaned the whole house we could enjoy.

We loved being close to town but far enough away for the quiet. Great space, clean, great pool, had nice little amenities we didn’t have to purchase (soaps, garbage bags, paper towels). We really enjoyed it!! Thank you!!!

2nd time we have stayed there and it will be LAST! Walked in to three fans going. Zero AC working. On site workers were great and provided us with info we needed. Emergency # and local management were NO WERE TO BE FOUND AND ZERO COMMUNICATION OR HELP. Called and messaged pretty much every hour for a day and a half. No one would assist/get anything done either local or non local regarding AC felt like we were in constant loop. It got up to 90 degrees in our room place. Mother in laws 70 birthday almost ruined. Thankfully national VACASA came through and made things right with refund, but wasted 1.5 days trying to solve a problem that wasn't ours to solve and had to pack up and move. Room was missing doors in kitchen. Multiple holes in wall, molding exposed on corner of walls (can provide photos) No deadbolt, appliances outdated, no coffee, or usual cooking items creamer, inside door to fridge was missing stuff so you were missing a place to store more food.

Worst vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. showed up with a car full of groceries and packed bags from far away only to discover no air-conditioning unit was completely filthy and property management would not return. Our phone calls one 800 numbers led to many dropped. Phone calls and promises to call us back with no results, we ended up throwing away $400 worth of food staying at a local hotel for a ton of money. Because of the no air-conditioning, the unit was over 100° inside and my elderly mom almost had a heat stroke. I drove her home four hours in the middle of the night. The situation could’ve been resolved with a mechanic or a temporary air conditioner, delivered to us as promised by one of the many phone calls I had. With no response to our phone call, we were forced to leave without even staying there and scrambling to find a hotel for the night. Not only was a situation dangerous it was not taken seriously by any of the property management. I plan on filing a case with a Better Business Bureau and demanding a refund we’re out almost $5000 as a family in groceries. Hotel stays wasted food and mileage. I hope nobody else experiences this as it was traumatic and horrible. I plan on following through the arbitration process in hopes to get our money back and to teach these people a lesson that they cannot treat people like this. Besides the air conditioner failure, the place was absolutely filthy. I took pictures of everything.
